Neil came out at short notice to get some bees out of our chimney. My son’s autistic and absolutely terrified of bees/wasps but Neil came out and sorted the problem quickly at a very good price and even explained what he was going to be doing to my son which thankfully calmed him down. Will be the first person I call now if we have any pest problems in the future. Thanks again, most appreciated

Luke visted us 5 weeks ago when we clearly had rats visiting our loft space. Adamant it was only in our loft, Luke did a through inspection of our house. He advised on triming back some greenery in the garden to deter rodents, and put bait on all levels of the house. Luke said they will definitely be travelling through voids to explore.
He was right. After just one week, Luke came and found 2 of the 3 bait trays had been devoured by them. He topped up the bait and came back a week later for his third and final visit.
Small amounts had been taken and he was not happy leaving it at that and came back 2 weeks later for a 4th visit. As per his word no extra charge was made after our main payment on the first visit.
After tonight’s 4th visit, he confirmed no activity and that the current issue was over.
Luke was very friendly, chatty and explained all his knowledge on Rats while doing his checks. He was also very patient and understanding with my partner who suffers from OCD and was worried about him traveling around the house. The Rats made things really tense for her, but Luke did his best to keep his movement around the house to a minimum.

Luke is very friendly and professional and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field of pest control. He was quick to respond to our request for help in sorting out a rodent problem. Luke has been so helpful. We recently bought a house and for whatever reason we ended up with a mite infestation. He came very quickly and gave us some advice on what he thought it was and what to try to start with. After trying those quick fixes we still had mites. Luke very quickly ordered the solution and came the name day to spray our entire kitchen and utility. His knowledge and skills have paid off as we are now a week free from mites. Dave attended our property to sort an unwanted Wasps nest in our roof space. Despite being the hottest day of the year, Dave was with us within an hour, which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise!! He donned his suit despite the heat and set to work!! He was polite, professional and thorough in his work. I would highly recommend DG Pest control. A great service provided at very reasonable price.
The gentleman was very helpful and discussed everything he was looking for and going to do. He turned up and did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. Very reasonable price for his services too and most importantly the issue we and my neighbours had has now been resolved.

I was impressed by how quickly Ian responded to my enquiry. I left a message via his website on a Sunday and he responded the same day and visited to carryout the work the next day. He let me know when to expect him and he was on time. The service he provided was very efficient. Hopefully I will not have any future issues but his work is guaranteed for 1 month. I will definitely recommend Ian to friends and family. He is local to Scunthorpe and I like to use local trades people.

Contacted Ian late night, he responded next morning with details of the service he provides. Came over a five week period, inspected the areas where we had mice. Laid traps in different areas and plugged a couple holes.

Greg came out the next day after my husband had phoned him at 8.30pm. I had been struggling for 3 weeks being bitten in the house. We had used sprays ourselves but nothing was working. Greg came out twice to try and eliminate what the problem was as we do not have pets. We had Greg to spray the house and everything is clear now. He really does “go beyond the call of duty”. Very friendly man. Would definitely recommend him.
Absolutely incredible bloke was very spot on with what he said also called to say he was on the way which I thought was nice instead of just turning up.. Wife was lovely on the phone too. Excellent team.
We had a wasp nest under the windowsill, and going into the brickwork. I rang Spire Pest Control and, as they were in the area, they turned up within 20 minutes, to check everything out.
They made sure I knew what I needed to be aware of safety-wise, explained the process, did the job, and stayed for a short-while to make sure the job was done correctly.
I’m saving their number, as they’ve been the only team we’ve ever used, (we have a problem living near woodland) that has been this professional.

They arrived here within an hour of my call. The price quoted was the price I paid. The service was exemplerary. The wasps nest was completely destroyed and they gave excellent advice with regard to possible future infestations. Since my local Council no longer provides this service it has posted recommendations on its website – and Spire Pest Control is one of them. Having used it myself I have no doubt whatsoever in recommending its servis to others.
FIRST CLASS SERVICE AT A GOOD PRICE. We had a large wasps nest in our loft, I rang on Saturday and Stuart came out on Sunday morning. He arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly sorted the problem and agreed to come back the following day if there was any wasps remaining. This was not necessary as he sorted it first time. He is coming back in a few weeks to remove the nest. Would definitely recommend.

Having being petrified of wasps for years and discovering a nest, in panic emailed Brough Pest Contral, whilest travelling to london for the day. Stressed all day about what i might find when i get home, but Andy was great and arranged to come as soon as I was home. Checked everywhere and did the treatment and then came back for the follow up, and since just to check after me panicking and finding a large wasp in the house !!! Have already recommend the service to a couple of friends I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend again and again
Andy was absolutely fabulous. Having a little girl we were pretty upset at having a rat issue, but he quickly put our minds at ease. He used a variety of methods, and rat proofed our house, and the problem was gone in under two weeks. He was reliable and friendly throughout. Fantastic service!!
I called Andy following the reviews i’d read as I needed investigation into a nasty smell seemingly coming from behind kitchen units. Andy came to see me within 24 hours of my call even though I was a new customer to him, he was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough in resolving the problem. I cannot praise his attitude and customer service highly enough and would recommend with no hesitation whatsoever.
Amazing service from Andy. I spotted a rat scurrying behind my washer late at night, contacted him the next morning and he arrived within 2 hours and spotted the problem (a hole in the exterior kitchen brickwork allowing the rat access) within 30 seconds of being on the property. He didn’t charge me a call out fee which was very decent of him. Clearly a very knowledgable person and I’d definitely recommend. Thanks, Andy!
