Thought I had a wasp nest and called Martin out. He came out within 2 hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly especially since there was no nest. The wasps were eating the berries on my holly trees. He didn’t charge me anything for the visit. Very decent guy. I would not hesitate to use him in future. Great website and reasonable prices.
From the very first call i made to the day of spraying Martin was ever so helpful and patient with all my questions. Spoke politely unlike other bigger companies was realistic and not making matters worse with horror stories which was really great for a person like me who has a very bad phobia. Will recommend. I called them after our first spray for bed bugs on 15 October from our housing association. We still had live bed bugs, they came on 25 October and sprayed our entire flat. He is professional, affordable and a genuine person. He gave us excellent advice in terms of buying new furniture and re-decorating our flat. I phoned him after the treatment, he still was gave us further advice. He is calm, polite and very knowledgeable in his work field. We can’t thank him enough.
