Andrew made a very stressful situation so much easier. As well as his calm and helpful manner during home visits, he regularly messaged to check in on how things were going and to offer words of encouragement. He truly goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would use him again in a second (although hope I don’t need to!) and will be recommending him to anyone I come across with a similar ratty issue.
We had a problem with a wasps nest in the shed that was causing problems for us getting stuff out from there. We called Mac that came the day after to solve the problem and he did it very quickly, it seems no wasps are there anymore and nest has been removed. Very happy with the job thanks so much
Contacted Andrew and he came out same day, very professional and reassuring definitely went above and beyond to help me with my situation, he new I was petrified and kept the situation calm, would definitely recommend thank you again Andrew, I’m so glad I am back in my house again this evening

We called out Kenny on Friday morning as we suspected we had a wasp nest in our loft, Kenny responded within minutes and came out later that evening to check and found the nest’s, his customer service was excellent, he was so friendly and helpful, he got rid of the nests and we haven’t had any problems since. We highly recommend, plus you could pay him by card which was great as I rarely have cash on me.

Donald and Michael have so much to be proud of. They had a challenging job to carry out for us with huge trees that were beyond looking after. They sculpted the trees and reduced the height to make it look like a large hedge but still affording us privacy.
They arrived on day and time as promised.
Carried out their work very professionally.
Extremely reasonable price considering the amount of work required.
Left the area worked on immaculate.
Polite and well- mannered.
Very honest. I had actually overpaid them which i was not aware of as x2 PS20 notes had stuck together . I was phoned immediately and made aware of this.

Lewis & Harris Grounds Maintenance were at our house on Monday. They messaged me the week before to say that they would be at our house to do the job at 8am on Monday morning, and sure enough, they arrived when they said they would.
They cut down two trees and trimmed two bushes. Their work was totally professional, and every cutting was tidied up afterwards, so much so that you wouldn’t know they had been here. Brilliant job, and excellent guys to deal with. We are delighted with the work they did.
The team recently completed drainage work and some landscaping along with renovating and expanding our driveway and what a fantastic job they have done.
Don kept in touch with us at every stage of the job, explained what needed to be done and also recommending various options.
Would highly recommend to others and have no hesitation in using the team in the future.

I phoned on the Wednesday before Christmas concerned about mouse/mice in roof/wall space and my anxieties about young grandchildren visiting in the coming week. While I was given as much reassurance as possible they understandably could not guarantee a visit before Christmas. Within a few hours I was notified of a visit the following day – tremendous, friendly service much appreciated. Follow up appointment made. Well done Grahams.
Absolutely disgusting prices, couldn’t fault the person who carried out the job as he couldn’t have been nicer but to be here for 10 minutes a time in total half an hour and literally just put down bait for mice to then charge almost 300 pound for this is disgusting. Would not recommend or use again.
Top class, phoned at 12:30, Phillip was round by 15:30 with his bee-keeper outfit and deadly chemicals, sprayed the wasps and when I came home 4 hours later there was nary a wee yellow pest to be found. Only PS48 as well. Could not be happier with the service provided.

When we first arrived on the Island we had only a small supply of dog food. Having 12 dogs this was a bit of a problem. After searching Google for a supplier, Willowglen Garden Centre popped up. So off we went and were pleasantly surprised to find that half of the Garden Centre is a Pet Supplies Store. The pet shop has a very good choice of the lower and higher priced brands. The staff are very helpful and will give advice on which product will be best if they don’t have your usual brand. As for the Garden Centre, the plants I have seen are stunning, they look healthy and well cared for. So often a garden centre lets itself down by stocking lovely plants but then not watering. These plants look loved.
Nice compact garden centre, with a good selection of gardening products, also has an on site florist. Large selection of pet products & aquarium items. Friendly staff & two cool cats
First class garden centre, and outstanding florist too. Collected a bouquet for mother’s day and was delighted with the quality, arrangement, and professionalism. Recommended.

General DIY and handyman supplies, convenient to be able to get any products in one location,perhaps not the cheapest in the world and you will definitely be able to get cheaper on the internet, but it is local, you can see what you are buying and you are supporting a local business.
We like Home Improvement Centre, loads of stuff we need is available here, like their flyers show, all modern and competitive with purchases on the internet, very handy local place to purchase their many products.
I just love this shop. Some amazing deals. Even have stuff I don’t know I need until I see it!! Staff very helpful and will order stuff in and ring or email you when it’s in.

Visited this garden centre and was pleasantly surprised by their selection of alpines–three for only PS12, which is quite the deal! The plants were all in great shape, clearly well-cared for. I was tempted to buy more, but unfortunately, my car was already full. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the whole experience even better.
Had such an amazing experience with Maybury Gardens during an online order. I was looking for plants for my mum after sheep had eaten everything in her garden and David was an excellent help, he is a credit to the team. Honestly best customer experience I’ve had in a long time, you have made my mums day. Thank you.
Marbury Gardens is a wonderful place, and the staff are friendly as well as extremely helpful. Their flowers are beautiful weather it is for your garden or a bunch of flowers to give to a loved one.

We had a problem with moths, Lee came round to look at the problem quickly and I found him to be very efficient, gave me a very reasonable quote. He detailed all the treatment before we accepted the quote and turned up punctually to do the job
I would highly recommend using him, very nice young man.
Contacted Lee as I needed a gull nest removed and spikes installed.
He agreed a time and date and confirmed I had the right license, which I did.
He turned up on time, completed the work to a very high standard, totally cleaning up everything.
Highly recommend to anyone and would use again if needed
