I have OCD for cockroaches, I own a home downtown Toronto. Over the last 10 years when I see a cockroach. I call Cain Pest Control, he is patient and supportive and comes immediately. He is a professional through and through, he is also warm and patient with us hysterical home owners. I would never give anyone else my pest control concern. Carlo and his team come in are warm and understanding but erradicate all those pests! I am recommending to everyone.
Carlo really worked with me to resolve a long standing issue with a really small fly constantly in the house. He came 3-4 times and tried different things until we got the issue resolved. I had used other pest control companies but the issue never got fully resolved until Carlo from Cain got involved. I’m so grateful there are no more of those pesky flies.
Carlo responded right away and gave a reasonable quote for the work to remove a small wasp nest in our basketball set. He was fast but also ensured the task was complete. His great sense of humor is an added bonus for this line of work! I have already given his name and number to my mom who needs a similar service.

I had a wasp’s nest in a backyard tree that was built over the fall, and wanted to get it rid of quickly before the weather got warmer. I called Truly Nolen, after googling bee removal, and was very impressed by their professional service all the way through. They came the day after I called, removed the nest quickly, and for a very reasonable cost. They even gave a toy car to my toddler. After a negative experience with another pest removal company, I’m happy that I found Truly Nolen.
I was very happy with Truly Nolan and highly recommend them. Henry came over several times to check the traps, every time he was in the neighbourhood. Very prompt with returning calls, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and very thorough.
Even though the office was closed for Christmas, when I called, Jonathan came over during the holidays.
When one is dealing with any kind of pest it’s very reassuring to have a company like Truely Nolen that is competent. Recommend 100%

Yoel was very responsive right away and came out to inspect our issue on the same day. He provided a reasonable price and started the process immediately. We had some further issues and he was attentive and responsive to our needs. On top of all that, he was very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone who needs pest control services.

STAY AWAY!!! Go pest control was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. If you have a choice go with another company!! With all the details on the property, they offered a price and said that the inspection would be free if I went with treatment. They presented a price that was competitive at first, then doubled it after I paid the inspection. When I asked them to at least try to come close to the price of another competitor, they pretended to offer a 100$ discount, which was in reality just deducting what I had paid for the inspection. All that to say, I ended up paying the price of the inspection and having to go with another company and losing money because of false advertisement and going back on the agreement they had offered. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else!!!
They showed up right on time as promised. Took the time to explain the process, where and how they would spray and how long I should stay outdoors after the spraying ( 6 hours). They sprayed indoors and outdoors, very efficient! Before leaving he told me where he had paid extra attention in spraying outdoors, places where from his experience would be a potential entry points.
Suggested spraying around the exterior of the house in the spring, which I will do.

I have used Go! Pest Control on a number of occasions for wasp and ant issues. They have always provided prompt service and have ensured the problems I experienced were resolved in a timely and very professional manner. Surinder came most recently and he definitely knew what he was doing and how to resolve my wasp issues. He was very pleasant to deal with and clearly explained what needed to be done. I was very pleased how professional and how courteous City Pest Control is. The work required was to eliminate Wasps that found there way in a hole in my chimney. I received same day service and I was explained everything that needed to be done to eliminate the problem. I was also told what was to be expected in the next two weeks. This was definitely a job for the pros to do and I’m glad I made the call.

Excellent service, City pest came in and took care of the job for our entire building. Investigating nooks and crannies to get the job done. He communicated with all of the tenants in a professional manner and explained each step. If there are any issues again, we’ll call these guys again, but we don’t expect to call twice.
I was very satisfied with their service, they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They were professional and finished the job on time. The pest problem also got better after a couple of days after getting their service. I would definitely recommend and thank you city pest contol.
