We had a dead fox in our garden that had started to decompose and did not know how to dispose of the carcass and Eradipest was recommended to us. I contacted the company and spoke to Davinia who said she would speak to a technical people and phone me back. I got a call in due course and was given a price and was told that one of their people was in my area the next day and would deal with the problem. Connor arrived on Tuesday morning and sorted out the problem in a very quick and professional manner and he was very courteous and explained what he was going to do. Once the animal carcass was removed he spread disinfectant over the area to get rid of any maggots and lingering aromas. We would certainly recommend this company if you should encounter this or other pest related problems.

When I reached out to the team at Eradipest, I found Davinia and the team to be very approachable, and responsive. The quotation was very transparent, and their costings were easy to understand.
Connor was very thorough with his progress reports, keeping a constant stream of communication throughout the treatment being delivered over several site visits. In addition to this, he positively engaged with my staff, was very chatty and made their day!

I cannot praise the HPC247 team enough. From initial enquiry through to final clearance of loft after a visitation by rats their service has been brilliant and very professional. We developed an awful stench in one of the bedrooms which just kept getting worse – once we realised that it was a job for the professionals we spoke to Sam who made all the arrangements and provided us with job reports regularly. A locally based business which was highly professional, responsive, reasonably priced and effective with discreet van livery. The team member was respectful, appropriately friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what he was doing and the consequences for the nest. Totally effective within a couple of hours. Called Sean about a wasps nest and was told it could be dealt with the next day. I was happy with this but within 1/2 hour I got a phone call to say as they were in the area they could deal with the problem that afternoon. They arrived about an hour later. They were very efficient and dealt the problem satisfactorily. I would highly recommend this company.

Following previous reviews, I contacted Rob, to see if he could call in to check whether we had a rodent visitor. Initial survey by Rob didn’t identify any access but he left a couple of things which should have identified whether there were rodents visiting. Just a few days later, Rob returned to check, but the things had not been touched. With some further information during the last week, Rob was able to identify access to a small bird, and has made the access impenetrable so our visitor appears to have been 2 legged, rather than 4!
Robs pricing is great, with visit charges working very well for us, and him I think.
I wouldn’t hesitate to call Rob first should we have any need, as his knowledgeable approach and information is great.

I called Rob to give me a quote to block up external access to a starling nest under the eaves of my house (the starlings had left the nest and the young had successfully fledged – through my house and a hole that we excavated in the cloakroom wall) following an episode where the nest had slipped into the wall cavity. We needed to ensure that the nest could not be re-used endangering a further brood. Rob came out the same door for a very reasonable charge and not only blocked the hole he also disinfected and cleaned the large amount of starling “poop” deposited on the wall and under the eaves, for which I was very grateful. Very friendly and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pestbane to others – thank you Rob
Rob gave us a really impressive service. He came out at a moment’s notice late on Sunday afternoon to deal with a wasp’s nest which had fallen in through our bathroom roof leaving a room full of wasps as well as the nest to deal with within the roof. It was a frightening experience and the willingness with which he came and dealt with it was a massive relief. The fact he only charged us his normal rate was even more remarkable. I would highly recommend him.

I have used Paul’s service a few times over recent years and I could not recommend him enough. Aside from being very trusting and polite, he has extensive expertise knowledge that ensured not only were the rodents caught quickly, but he also gave us valuable advise for preventative action we could take to contain any infestations in the future.

Lee attended our property to assist in the removal of a family of rats . He was very knowledgeable and efficient in setting bait traps.
He returned 3 times each after a couple of weeks to check and was happy after the third visit that the problem had been resolved.
I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use again.
Lee was always smartly dressed, polite and tidy.
Thought we had roaches. Contacted Lee and sent him a photo which he identified as crickets. He advised us what to get and do. He followed up twice to ensure everything was ok, which of course with his expertise it was. We would highly recommend Lee and woild certainly use him for any future ‘critters’! Thank you Lee

Amazing service, solved the rodent problem on day 1, but continued to provide followup visits to ensure no further activity. Thorrough and detail focused. When he couldn’t find the entry point on my property, went around to all 3 of my neighbours until entry point found and sorted. Despite not working at weekends on one visit, he made the time to provide the service anyway and did so with the same dedication, even though it came out of his personal time. That was definitely much appreciated. Left nothing to chance and we were ALL thrilled with his work. Lovely man, great service, definitely one I am recommending to all my friends. This was definitely a great find.
Just moved into a new home on the Island and immediately had a problem with bees. We called Coast to Coast Pest Control and Daryl was here in under half an hour. Fantastic service! Amazing service. Came out to investigate noises in ceiling of ground floor flat and found no entrance point. Ensured they tried traps at suspected entrance points – the one under the bath was the one – something the previous pest control never tried. Friendly and personable and even followed up to ensure everything was okay before re-visiting to remove the caught pests. First class service.

These guys where so helpful, I had a wasp nest in my wall outside and they where coming into the house, I was really worried for my 3 year old daughter so I rang the council who said they could attend in 2 weeks! I called Peritum and they came out the same day to treat! Thank you!
