Very disappointed. I had a gentleman out to a wasp nest in my chimney. So the nest was investigated and I was informed that it could be sorted with ladders and pole that would reach up to the chimney safely to be sprayed. I was left a receipt explaining what was needed the price and the day they would return. The day before crown were due back out to me I gave them a call just to check they would be returning to which the guy that answered had no idea and said he would have to speak to the guy that had previously been out to me. He would call me back. I didn’t receive the call so on the day crown were due back I gave them a call again to be told they still hadn’t spoke and I’d receive a call back within the hour. 4 hours later still no call. So I again gave them a ring to be told I’d need scaffold or a cherry picker before they could carry out the work safely. Which is fine with me, my problem was the communication from the company which was none existent. The time I’d wasted waiting around and still left with the nest which if crown could have said on the day they inspected the nest that they were unable to help I could have tried other companies and also wouldn’t have spent a full day waiting for them to come carry out the work. The communication from the company was not professional at all.
I had a terrible experience with this pest control company. I called them to deal with a wasp problem, and not only did they fail to fix the issue, but they actually made it worse! I went from 1 or 2 wasps inside the house to over 150 in the house (I counted them as I collected them once I’d killed them all!!) To make matters worse, when I contacted them to address the ongoing problem, they were unresponsive and dismissive. I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise against using this company for any pest control needs.
Good friendly place, good rang of beer’s. welcoming land lady will visit again.

I cannot recommend Chris and CPC enough. Chris was very informative when I spoke to him and explained what was required to treat the cluster flies issue I had. I felt very reassured that the job would be done in good time and efficiently , which it was on both account. Additionally I found CPC very good value for money. I would recommend Chris and CPC 100%.
