Called up because a rat had found it’s way into our bathroom cupboard. They said they couldn’t attend because there was no evidence there was a rat, such as droppings. There was a rat in the cupboard – what better evidence do they need than the rat itself??? We called another company who came out within half an hour. ADD ON TO MY ORIGINAL COMMENT BEFORE THIS ADD ON – Dear Rentokil, I see you have made a reply to my comment – bit late really, the other person has come out and dealt with the problem already. Good customer service is listening to and dealing with issues when they arise, not making some token online response after you have failed. Please try harder next time.

4 visits were made and all 4 times we were told there is nothing in the loft despite us telling them where we hear something scratching the ceiling at night. Claims of there are no runs on the insulation were made despite a “pet shop” like smell and a large number of droppings present. So far using spring traps and an electric rat trap a number of rodents have been caught. Waste of time and money…

I have had a rat problem for years and have tried many pest control companies before but the problem continued. I called Winchester Pest Control and they dealt with the problem straight away and found where the rats were getting in to the property and advised us what to do to stop the rats getting in in future. It’s been the quietest it has been for as long as I can remember! I would highly recommend Winchester Pest Control and I will certainly be using them again for all of my future pest control needs!
Professional, friendly and super knowledgeable – all the things you want when dealing with a ‘not very nice’ vermin problem! Although we are hoping we won’t need too, we will definitely be calling on your services if our furry friends return again. Thank you!

Used for squirrels and rodents in the loft. Very good service, turned up quickly after initial call. Popped round several times and quickly after requested to remove a dead Squirel. Good value. Would highly recommend.

I phoned this company to seek advice as a neighbour had put down rat poison and I have pets. I was concerned about secondary poisoning of my cats. The lady I spoke with spent a considerable amount of time researching the product (as not one used by them) and examining the active ingredients. I was given clear and detailed advice and the lady spent time putting my mind at rest. I am not even a customer of theirs (yet!) but yet I received a very professional and compassionate service. I offered to pay for their time but payment was declined. If this is the level of service they provide to non customers then I would highly recommend them. They know their stuff and are very friendly.
Friendly and proffesional service from the moment I messaged enquiring. Managed to get a next day appointment with very reasonable pricing too! And dave really went above and beyond…I locked my cat in the bathroom and stupidly left the window open! My cat(who is an inclusive indoor cat) jumped out from our second floor flat onto a shed next door! Dave spent a good 20 minutes trying to gain his trust and coax him down before returning him to safety and checking him over! Seeing as it was my own fault he really didn’t need to do that so i am so very grateful!! Will definitely recommend and use again should I ever need to! Thank you Dave and Lin!

We have used Hillbans Pest Control for almost 20 years at our home. Being semi-rural means that we rely on Hillbans to keep our home, outbuildings and grounds free from unwanted pests whilst also protecting valuable wildlife such as our Red Squirrels. Something Patrick and the team at Hillbans Pest Control have managed effectively. Their regular inspections give us the ‘peace of mind’ that we want and all part of a cost effective service I know we can reply upon at all times.
Called out to investigate a few potential problems at a property, and they arrived within 3 hours (I was expecting some time the following week!), and the technician was fantastic; very helpful and friendly. The office staff were helpful and positive. Will be using again
We had an infestation of what we now know is mining bees in the hotel ground. A polite gentleman came on time, very knowledgeable. As all bees are protected (mining bees do not sting) nothing could be done but we had a sizeable reduction on the price.

Was given L&C’s details by a friend agreed a price and arranged a date for solar panel work to be done. After message to find out where he was got a message saying he was stuck on a job, could he come next week, fine I’ll give him benefit of the doubt, next week arranged a date…no show and then a message about car breaking down, following week again another excuse about a flat roof somewhere and couldn’t make it finally saying he could come the next day but again didn’t turn up. I honestly don’t know why people do this why not say they can’t be bothered or it’s not worth their while. I could have had this work done weeks ago. Really poor service and communication.
