We have been extremely pleased with the service that we have received from Tim at CritterCall. From our initial call, the response was fantastic and they were onsite to provide a quote the next day. They were very clear with costs associated with solving the ant problem that we had. We have been using their service at different points over the last 12 months and I would highly recommend them if you want peace of mind with solving a pest problem.
Fantastic service from Tim & Sherry getting rid of some unwanted guests at our house. Extremely quick to respond, flexible on appointment times and extremely discreet (The company van does not have the company name displayed on it). Tim has fantastic knowledge & was able to use traps & cameras to carry out his work. Very good value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends & family.

Recently heard noises in the loft that sounded like a squirrel was moving around and shredding cardboard to make a nest. I gave North Downs Pest Control a call and Paul was able to come around the next day and set a trap. Somehow the squirrel managed to knock over the trap and set it off without being caught. Paul returned to reset it and the offending squirrel was caught soon after.
Paul is a very professional and personable individual who was able to deal with our problem in a prompt and efficient manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
I had reason to call on North Downs Pest Control recently owing to squirrel movement in the loft. Paul was able to attend the same day & set a trap. He returned two days later to find the squirrel had been successfully trapped. I have no hesitation in recommending Paul’s efficient & reliable service.
I recently had a problem with animal noises running around my attic above my bedroom. I called Paul who came around straight away and initially it looked like rats as my flat is close to a stream. Treated the problem and laid a trap which after a few days revealed a squirrel. All good ever since!!
