I have called some services before I called Drake Pest Management. I hired him immediately because compared with others, the price he gave me, was fare and honest! I was having an emergency so he came right away, and deal with it in a very professional manner. His instructions to prepare my house were precise. I was lucky to find someone like Drake that knew exactly how to deal with the pest problem I was having. He left some traps after he spray the house completely, and he said that “if in one month I did not see any bugs in the traps, we had definitely deal with the problem on time”. Today is one month since Drake was here and my home is clean! Thank you Drake, I will keep your number available if I ever have another pest issue. You have won a new customer!
After seeing the first ever alive bat in my life, in my own apartment on my second night of moving to Kingston from another city 🙂 the only pest control management I could get a hold of, from all 24/7 management and emergency lines (!), was Derek’s management! He came fast and got the bat in an instant! He also checked every corner and in every cabinet even, to make sure no bat is left behind. He also told me where the bat has probably came from; so, I can tell the building manager to take care of it asap! Of course I would not wish this upon anyone; but, if you needed a bat to be taken care of, Derek’s pest management is the best choice, honestly.
A huge thank you to Drake Pest Management for dealing with our bat issue. Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff and taught me a lot about bats. Also a huge thank you to Drake for sending Mark Mulligan wildlife control for fixing the problem that we were having and also a friendly guy and very knowledgeable as well. Would recommend them for any problem with any wildlife problem you may run into. Prices are fair and were fast to respond to my email. Thank you once again,
