Had to report a few issues at their office in person about rubbish and leaves building up in our back alley they seemed like they had listened but a number of months went by and nothing was done. I went back again and a few days later the rubbish and leaves had been swept and removed, but then only half a job was done so I had to get the rest swept up into a pile of which there was quite a lot that had been left then yet again report what had happened finally everything got cleared after it had sat there for just over 2 years since the last clean.
I just feel their priorities are mainly focused on the Town Centre, Market Place and surrounding area.
I have tried for days to get through and no one is answering the phone! Appalling service.
Didn’t want to understand what I was trying to say. A case of there way or no way !

We recently had Allen,Adam and joe come into our rented property to take care of our Mouldy and damp walls and to have the building injected. Allen was very polite and always keeping us updated with what’s going on he also went out of his way to help with other damp related problems that we had.
Adam and joe was very professional in the work they carried out and kept it all to a high standard always keeping their work space and our home very clean and going the extra mile to cover my belongings. They were also a great laugh and always on time.
I would highly recommend this company for damp and mould repairs I would definitely have them back again.
We had a rising damp problem on a few of our walls & Alan & his team were so efficient from the first phone call we made. While here they worked in a friendly & an efficient manner & the end product was outstanding workmanship. The best tradesmen we’ve had in our house & would recommend to anyone.
Edit: Since the last review, we called Alan again for some rendering after having new windows fitted, and just as before, him & the team were amazing from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they cleaned as they went, were very thorough and the end result has made our house look brand new!

Had black mold appear in my diningroom. Alan came and gave a real detailed explanation of the issues and quoted within a few days of making contact. I was really worried as I had a new baby and he put my mind at ease in a calming way with no pressure to use his company. He managed to fit me in quickly and brought a fantastic team over. Me met a few different guys over the week and all were amazing. Quality workmanship, went above and beyond and left the room spotless. Couldn’t reccomend the team enough!! Having been let down by a national pest control firm who agreed to attend the day before we went on holiday we called StopPest. 20 mins later the wasp nest had been treated and was half the price quoted by the national firm with a promise to return and treat again for free if on the off chance the 1st didn’t completely kill it off. Brilliant service from a local business. Highly recommend them to all. Many thanks for your quick turn around, on a weekend too 🙂

Vic came over and was there when he promised, done what he said he would do and eradicated the problem very quickly with little fuss. It’s a refreshing change these days to have someone come out on time and completes the job and does everything they say they will do. Will definitely recommend Vic to other people.
Very quick response to initial email, very professional. Caught one mole and unfortunately another appeared a couple of days later. He came back within a day and set another trap. Caught again, really good service. Definitely use in the future if the moles come back.
Vic turned up on time and after a look around the garden he set his mole traps.
The mole was caught sometime between 4pm that day and 8am the next day.
Very efficient and polite, in all a really nice chap.
Would definitely recommend and use again.
