ITC Pest Control came to our house to spray for an infestation of small red ants. The problem was severe with ants crawling out of all electrical sockets and every possible area inside and outside of the house. Firstly, they were on time which I highly appreciate as that does not always happen with services. Secondly the two gentlemen who came to do the job were incredibly friendly and took time to ask questions and listen to my answers. They also explained to me in great detail what they will be using and how they will do that. They did a walk through and checked all area before they started spraying. Once they started spraying they sprayed inside and outside in under an hour. After they finished they explained to us what to do for the next few days and that they will do a follow up. I am incredibly happy about this service and would highly highly recommend this company and their services. No any movement the day after and we are extremely relieved. Thanks so much!!

I found a sparrow nest in my garage after returning from holiday, After my phone call to ITC Pest control they arrived the same day WOW. They did a thorough inspection and advised me on what needed to be done, also answering all my questions and concerns.
Now I use them once a month to spray around the house and garden so keep aal the red romans, scorpions and snakes away.
Their teams are friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Manager personally came to our premises to rectify a stain that was accidentally left on a baby bamboo mattress, a very unlikely occurrence. I advised that I am able to clean it myself, however he insisted and took it with him. I am very impressed by their service and dedication to their customers. I highly recommend them!

Get an invoice and pay it immediately . Then get begged for more money as the invoice was incorrect. I said I will pay it when I purchase more products. I recieve monthly statements with interest added for five months. Not a single invoice or statement had banking details on it. Finally when I’m just about ready to order I get threatened with legal action for a whole R1100 and a time period of seven days “or else” . Paid what was owed even the unfair interest to be done with it and request they sort the issue out and look into the accounts department shananigans . As soon as they reacived payment I got cold shouldered and completely ignored. Well done you have your thousand rand which you would have had in the firt place of your invoice to as correct but your lack of patience with a customer that was prepared to rectify your mistake is unforgiveable . Unprofessional in the dictionary has real ipm next to it as a meaning.

Exceptional customer service even to a small business like myself. Products are great too, can highly recommend.

I inquired about a simple residential carpet and upholstery cleaning quote on Thursday morning, the 26th of August. I received an automated email confirming my inquiry and stating a so called agent will be in contact with me shortly. As it were, I did receive a call form a lady saying she driving but saw my email and thought she might call to discuss a few details. She had no idea what I inquired about, she couldn’t answer my questions about the drying time and then proceeded to ask me irrelevant questions about my inquiry. After all this I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK OR A QUOTE!! It is already the 30th….I then prceeded to make an inquiry with Nano Schoon who contacted me the day of my inquiry and within 10 min of discussing a few details regarding my items over the phone, sent me a detailed quote and their service availabilities. I suppose I should say thank you for leading me to a proper company…..

I want honestly say being to many festivals, the cleaners of the toilets at the Cape Town 10s were outstanding. It’s the first time in all my festival years that I have experienced constant clean and pristine toilets. Those ladies were on top of it replenishing toilet paper, the hand soap dispensers alles and this you don’t usually experience when it’s a long day rowdy bunch of youngsters using the bathroom. Fabulous service!

A very poor experience. Phoned up to ask them to empty my septic tank. They failed to confirm my order, I phoned them back. They then failed to turn up on the date agreed, I phoned them to tell them. I then phoned again to get an explanation why and another appointment. They told me they would phone me back. They didn’t. I now have an overflowing septic tank, anyone got any recommendations who could do this job for me?
