Recomended without reservation (11/7/23) found I had a wasps nest in my loft, lots of wasp activity. Rang ESPC about 11 am was quoted PS65 over the phone. Steve arrived just after 12 noon. located the Nest in the loft & delt with it very Quickly. Steve was very pleasant & professional, work is guarenteed.
Had phoned another company before ESPC & been quoted PS125 + Vat so I was very happy with Steves price & the service in under Hour & a half. As Stated highly recomended
Steve knew I was terrified, so he arrived within 30 minutes of me ringing him.
He never gave up at catching the little perpetrator and totally put my mind at rest.
I can’t thank him enough. He was so efficient, understanding, patient and caring. Plus- he was so honest which, is very rare these days. He never tried to pull my eyes out with the cost.

He was very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He located and treated the nest promptly. Kenny was prompt to my original enquiry (wasp nest removal) even though it was at the weekend and arranged to come out the next day . Called en route and was excellent at keeping me updated . Very professional service and cost was competitive. I have already arranged to use Kenny again for another service and only wish all businesses were so focused on providing such a great service and customer experience. Would definitely not hesitate in recommending Kenny to others .
Kenny provided extremely fast, efficient service at a reasonable cost.
Our loft’s wasps nest was removed with care and I was given all the information I needed from Kenny to put my mind at ease for the future.

We would highly recommend Gordon, he responded very quickly and thoroughly to our issue. He was very reassuring and provided thorough advice on how to resolve our issue. His calm friendly manner also made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. Just after we had completed the treatment, the problem recurred. Gordon returned the same day we rang and provided extra help at no cost. We would definitely use Gordon again!
UPDATE: Gordon came promptly this morning to inspect what we thought was evidence of mice. He didn’t charge us for calling by and giving us peace of mind. Highly recommend Gordon’s services!
I found this service online and within minutes, Gordon has received my email and rang me. He asked me to describe the problem and then send over a photo. As the problem was only small, he identified the pest and told me how to sort it on my own. He did not charge for the advice and told me where I could purchase the products from. He also reassured me that he’d be there if the problem worsened. I would highly recommend!

The lads at Cobra Pest Control are extremely helpful. I advised them of a bug issue at a new build. They came out the next day and had a look around and then explained what they were and how to get rid of them at no charge. In this case it was a plaster beetle that thrive when house/plasterboard is damp and once it dries out the issue will go. They suggested to use dehumidifier and clean out the trains to speed up the process. Cheers lads! 5*****
Friendly reliable trustworthy Paul turned up on time and explained what he was going to do and was very helpful with answering questions and putting my wife at ease. We left the house for Paul to do what he needed to do he posted the keys through the door and sent us a text message for when it was ok to return home. I would definitely recommend Paul to anyone.
Phone call made early morning and came out to house late morning. Felt no pressure on initial phone call.
Paul was excellent and listened to my concerns. Checked loft and house thoroughly and explained next steps clearly. Appointment made for follow up visit in one weeks time.

I cannot praise this company highly enough. We actually had rats in our attic and they had also started to come in under our kitchen cupboard flooring. When I called EES and spoke to Jack, he was extremely professional and reassuring. He sorted the problem out over 4 visits to my house (took 3 weeks in all) and didn’t even charge me for the 4th visit!! Jack is such a genuine and lovely person to deal with. He even blocked up the entry point under my kitchen cupboards for me where the rats had been getting in . Also, he gave me excellent advice on preventing the problem from returning. He is meticulous in his work and honestly, if you have rodent problems of any kind, I would not hesitate in recommending this company.
Excellent service. Very quick to respond my cry fot help when I had a vermin problem. Friendly and professional throughout explaining everything that was going on – why and what he was doing and what the expected outcome was. Unfortunately, I experienced some electrical and plumbing issues due to damaged caused by the rat. After a call to Jordan he returned very quickly and went “over and above” helping to get this sorted out. I can’t thank him enough. After 3 visits, plus an additional one to do some remedial proofing work my rat issue has been resolved.
I would have no hesitation using them again and can highly recommended.
Would absolutely recommend EES to anyone dealing with pests. I called them up to help deal with some pigeons on my balcony – they were able to come round and assess the problem the following day, and within a week they were back to install the anti-pigeon measures (they even give you a courtesy call to let you know when they’re on their way, which is always appreciated). They were friendly, professional, and very considerate of my neuroses throughout.

Rob and Jay have been really great helping us with an ongoing rat infestation.
Their customer service is excellent and they genuinely care about their clients.
We have had constant contact with them and have never been left worrying about the situation whilst dealing with multiple access points into our home, and they have been quick and efficient in dealing with any points of entry we have located.
They have looked over the property on numerous occasions and have always found something that has been causing an issue, and have fixed it immediately.
They will do work that other pest controllers aren’t equipped to do themselves, such as cementing entry points. This means issues get dealt with efficiently and quickly.
We cannot fault the service we have received and I can honestly say it is a huge relief knowing we can rely on Rob to help us in our situation.
I had a very unnerving experience when a rat ran across my kitchen.
I quickly rang a few pest control companies the fastest response came from Rob at Yor Pest Control he was kind and gave great advice re my situation.
The next day Rob arrived with his amazing side kick Patch a white terrier dog who went into action sniffing possible entry points the main one being under my kitchen units.
Rob set traps advising me that poison was not the answer because of possible smells if the rat perished indoors. The next stage was to camera my outside drain which showed a possible ingress into my kitchen cavity Rob fitted a one way rat valve to stop rat entry.
One week later this must have done the trick as no more rat sightings a fantastic result
I highly recommend Rob and Patch from Yor Pest Control if ever rat control is required and at a very good price.
We have had a reoccurring rodent problem in the loft recently and have used another company whose approach was to kill but not find the entry point. Was desperate to eradicate this problem once and for all so made a call and Jay came out the same afternoon of my initial enquiry. He spent time in the loft and even assessed my 3 neighbours gardens to locate the entry point, which he was able to do, finding an entry point to the cavity wall 3 doors down! He then advised the next steps to be taken. Thankful that he has been able to do what other companies haven’t. Wish I’d have called Yor-pest the first time around, which would have saved so much time and money. Thank you once again!

Anyone discovering they have a wasps nest need to contact Pest Arrest. I rang on a Friday morning and by the Friday afternoon the problem has been dealt with. The treatment also came with a guarantee so that if by some chance the wasps nest wasn’t destroyed and the wasps gone they would come back free of charge to treat again. I didn’t need to use that as by the next morning there was no wasp activity at all. Treatment took 10mins and price was very reasonable. Would recommend these guys 110%. Thank you so much.
Great service, they will be my go to in future. I sent a message late in the evening about a Wasp nest in our wall. I had a response within minutes, we exchanged a few messages about the problem. Clearly very knowledgable. Appointment booked for the next morning, came and dealt with the nest. All in less than 12 hours! Competitively priced and paid via card. These guys are the bees knees. I had a company previously before them come out they did an awful job as still had problems. So when I called PS they were so knowledgeable and understanding. Manager came out did evaluation and sprayed same day. After first treatment I noticed a difference right away. A week later they came back out to just make sure as still had little issue. And they even said if I need a third it would no hassle. So far all is very calm and peaceful and I feel I have my Home back. Thank you very much guys. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. Don’t go with anyone else you’ll be disappointed. Go with the best these guys are.
I had a recent infestation of mice in my flat and I was helped by Clara at Pest Solutions. Throughout the treatment process Clara was very kind and answered the many questions I had about solving this recurring problem. She covered all the basis around the flat looking for potential access points and trying different solutions when traps didn’t work initially. I’m very thankful to her for the time and effort she put into solving my problem and giving me proofing advice to prevent this from happening again.
I was really impressed with how quickly someone was able to come out after I called.
Clara was then happy to arrange her visit around my work commitments which was ideal. She was reassuring when I was quite worried about what was happening. She was thorough in her assessment and checks of my home and was clear in explaining what my options were. We rang these guys for advice on how to stop birds nesting in our roof tiles. They were excellent, one guy came out to take a look first no upfront fee which was excellent. On inspection he then gave us advice on what to do and how he could help, no pushy sales talk. We were given a quote and due to it being close to nesting season these guys came today to fit bird prevention brushes to our guttering and ridge tiles. John and his brother are very knowledgeable and very professional, they were very pleasant and went above and beyond to help us. Rang this morning with a wasp nest issue and the responded very quickly. We arranged for John to come in the afternoon and he told me the price. Text to say he was coming and we chatted about the wasps which was fascinating. It was all sorted in 20 minutes and I’ve just checked and the wasps have gone. Alan, Jamie and Alex have gone absolutely above and beyond for my gran who was having a problem with rats. As an elderly housebound lady she was absolutely terrified to even go in her kitchen and they went out of their way to visit regularly to check traps and identify and block access points. These rats seemed to essentially be cartoon characters that defied science so the guys tried absolutely everything to eliminate them and would not give up until they had and my gran could feel at ease in her home again. The team were also lovely and friendly and kept her and her family informed of what they were doing every step of the way. I’ve also had them out to deal with a rat problem in my own home when I first moved in and they were incredibly prompt, efficient and friendly then too. Would absolutely 100% recommend to anyone who needs a pest control solution in the region – just call these guys straight away.

The initial appraisal showed we had work to be completed before the fumigation procedure could take place – this gave us great faith in their professional standards.
