Except for the fact that ants don’t seem to want to wait before showing up, I was satisfied with the service.
Ants started to show up way before you could start to spray (so I was told) butonce you started, everything was fine.
If there was a zero they would get it! What a nightmare of a company. Customer service even refuses for me to speak to someone higher up to resolve the issue. I guess they don’t want the owners to know what happened!!!!
It works! They worked on the outside perimeter and our carpenter ants problem is no more. I’ve even seen a drastic reduction of indoors moths. The staff is really courteous and professional.

AVOID! Unprofessional, very poor customer service. I emailed several times, got a reply asking what my address was. I replied, but had to wait for another 3 days to get the next sentence from him in email: “We will pass by to assess”. I replied “OK when?” No reply whatsoever from them. I used 2 different phone numbers listed on their web site – one doesn’t even have answering machine service set up. On the other I left 3 different messages on, but no one called me back. When he finally answered the phone on day 5, I was told “You have to be patient” and “Someone will email you to set up an appointment”. No one did.
Exactly 11 days passed from my initial reaching out to them multiple times and by multiple means (through two different phone numbers of theirs, messaging feature on their site, and email), yet they still don’t want to bother to contact me back and make an appointment. (Not to tell me useless things like “we’ll pass by” and then never do, or “you have to be patient”; I need serious professionals to deal with the issue and to set up a real time and day appointment for me).
Avoid this company and save yourself from stress and waste of time. Look for a for a wildlife company that actually values you as a customer.
I contacted Capital Wildlife Control due to mice issues at my rental property. I had been dealing with this issue for years, tried another company two years ago which did not permanently fix the issue.
Alain showed up on time and inspected the house thoroughly, inside and out, and came up with a well explained game plan that required two more visits to permanently resolve this issue. The visits were coordinated between Alain and my tenant with professionalism and the work done was completed with great care at a great price. I highly recommend Capital Wildlife Control to anyone As they are transparent with their prices, knowledgeable and professional.
Extremely impressed with Capital Wildlife Control. We had a racoon invasion and Vincent came out on the holiday weekend to assess and propose a game plan, and he and Alain were back the next day to take care of business.
Excellent customer service and attentiveness until the racoon was safely removed. We’re very impressed with their honesty and job knowledge. I hope we never have to use their services again, but if we do we’ll be calling them without hesitation.

Could not be happier with the service we received. We had a family of raccoons living in our attic and this wonderful team was able to get them out and relocated. You can tell they truly care. Would absolutely recommend!
