A great person and fantastic service.
I spotted a couple of nest wasps around my property and came across Wallace pest control via google. First and foremost, Kane is a great human being. He also has expert knowledge and equipment for his field and knows his stuff. He booked me in the day after I contacted him and dealt with the nests appropriately. A few days later I spotted another nest elsewhere and Kane came out to deal with it.
I’ve never had to deal with wasp nests and so didn’t really know where to start or how much I should be paying.
Kane was well priced (in comparison to other quotes I obtained), knew what he was doing, got the issue sorted and left a great impression.
Would 100% request Kane to deal with any similar future issues if they arose and I wouldn’t hesitate once to recommend him. Great guy and great service
We contacted Kane after reading some outstanding reviews on Google. We contacted him on a Sunday and he replied Monday morning and came out to access the problem quickly regarding rats.
He was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail that he would do from start to finish. He set the cameras up to see where the problem was coming from, he managed to identify the problem very quickly. Kane was very knowledgable and experienced throughout the full process. Having recently moved into a new home, we quickly found out there was a rodent issue that needed to be dealt with. From the initial enquiry, Kane was always quick to respond and was able to complete an initial assessment quickly. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified what we needed to do to remove the problem. Nothing was an issue and every interaction was approached with a friendly but professional attitude. Fantastic service. I was at the end of my tether with a honey bee infestation in my house that had been dragging on for over a year. I’d had several other companies round who were not able to offer a solution and were in my opinion out of their depth or not interested because the job was not straightforward. Paul came out quickly to do a survey and immediately identified where the bees nest was (in between joists under a bedroom floor). Paul assured me that he would be able to sort the problem and I immediately felt confident. He sent a report and quote for the job that day. Within two weeks of the initial visit the house had been scaffolded and the bedroom wrapped with PVC in preparation for the removal. Paul kept me updated at each step of the process. On the day of removal Paul and Dave were fantastic, showing me what they’d done as they went along. The bees and honeycomb were removed safely and sent to a hive in Cheshire. The entry points in the brickwork used by the bees were mortared shut. The section of engineered wood floor which had to be removed was put back almost perfectly – a much better result than I expected. After the job was complete Paul sent me photos showing what they’d uncovered under the floorboards. I can’t praise Paul and Dave enough, a pleasure to deal with and very professional. Very happy!
What an incredible service. Dave came by and did an initial inspection to see what was happening in my loft. He did a thorough video of what the pests had created in our loft and then went around the house to inspect the entry point. Once he found it, quickly too, he videoed that too.
Paul was incredible in keeping me in the loop of what is happening and providing me with different quotes. Accessible via the phone and WhatsApp to answer my questions and once I got my head around what was included in the 2 quotes, I booked the job!
Paul and Dave both came out. One sorted out blocking the entry point and the other went into the loft to complete the work. I’m not one to leave reviews nor am I one to talk highly of businesses I’ve dealt with… but with these gents, I had to! Both very professional, friendly and informative. Dave had so much knowledge with pests and Paul talked about the work they do with so much passion.

Had an absolute nightmare with a flour mite infestation (didnt even know this was a thing). The mites were all over my kitchen island and in the cupboard unit. Called C2C and they were able to come out in 24 hours, the team did a spray of the floor and cupboards and fumigation of the entire room.
Was told to keep the room sealed for 3 hours after which it would be safe to use and for the family pet.
Flour mites are pretty resistant so there were some that remained however the treatment was highly effective at stopping the spread to other surface tops and signifcantly reduced their numbers, after a about a week there was no signs of them.
Highly recommended, quick, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of residential environment/home. 5* service.

Having searched for a remedy for pigeons nesting under my solar panels, a growing problem, I was very reassured by Tom who came and viewed the situation and provided the quote. Tom and his colleague arrived on time and completed the work promptly and tidily. He also provided a guarantee, should it ever be needed. What a lovely company. I’ve just called (on a bank holiday) to request and quote for suspected grain mites and the person I spoke to didn’t seem to care about money, but rather chatted with me about what we thought it could be, the best action to remove them, and easing my anxiety about them. He was brilliant. Not even a mention of money and seemed genuinely interested in the situation. He also encouraged me to follow up with how it goes and offered a plan of action just in case. Outstanding service from Martin. We discovered a wasp nest the day before roofers were due to start work on our house, called Martin and expressed the urgency of the situation . There was a rat problem in the loft and a rat was spotted in the living room on one occasion. Callum came very quickly the following morning and identified possible entry points. He put bait down in several areas and arranged to come back a week later. He confirmed that the bait had been taken and the rats had died. He then sealed the entry point and asked us to contact him if there were any further problems.
Callum is a nice helpful guy who makes a thorough job of everything he does.
I would thoroughly recommend him 100%.
Called Callum for help with a wasp nest. Sent a picture and he told me it was a small nest, likely only one wasp, and told me what to do to deal with it myself. After his guidance it was easy.

We had a wasp nest in the roof above the bedroom, which was driving me to distraction because of the noise! When lots of angry wasps started entering the house, we decided they had to go and went with Arrest Apest after reading their glowing reviews – we were not disappointed! Paul arrived within half an hour of us ringing for help and immediately put us at ease. Our house had the start of a wasp nest in the roof/eaves of my front porch. With never coming across this problem before I was a little worried/confused about what firm I should call out to deal with the problem. I found quite a lot of firms out there doing the same thing including the council. I was attracted to Atlas by the advertisement that had been posted. The advert explained all I needed to know about the company and wasps. I phoned and spoke to a member of the team and I explained my concerns I was put at ease on the phone and an appointment was made. (A reasonable quote was also given over the phone)
Phil arrived on the arranged time and date, politely introduced himself and surveyed the area.
I thank Phil for his care and professionalism at this worrying time and the job was completed with limited disruption (As I thought the roof tiles would have to be removed) Atlas Environment Services Ltd. are definitely the first port of call for any pesky problems you have.

Great service. I found a very large wasps nest in my loft space and called Atlas. As I’d called very late in the day they promised to attend the following day which they did with a telephone call update to give me the precise time they would arrive. Came back from work last Tuesday evening and noticed a swarm of honey bees had begun to form a colony at the front end of our neighbours wall – our front gate is attached to the wall.
The colony had formed within a couple of hours and was quite small apparently – but it was still estimated to number around 4000.
Danny responded immediately and advised us to alert others and steer well clear from the nest as he made his way over.
Danny managed to box them up and took them away to a safer place, hoping to introduce them to a bigger colony. He was very meticulate with his handling (unsurprising as he has been doing this for 27 years), was very professional and a very kind gentleman.
Thank you for all your efforts. It was and is really appreciated. Will highly recommend your company.

These guys in a word are excellent. They will stay until the Job is finished. They have years of experience in zeroing in on the pests (rats in my case), identifying where they are coming in from and above all are always happy to pick up the phone 24/7 and will not hesitate on coming out on multiple trips on very short notice. Just a very good experience all round.

I needed a swarm of bees removing from a tree I’m my garden that appeared suddenly so got in touch and they came within 10 minutes boxed them up and took them away. Also a lot cheaper than I would of thought. Would highly recommend and would certainly use again if needed to.

I booked Messar to attend my property in Liverpool which had a mouse problem. He briefly attended offering advice on where to bait and what holes to fill. Despite his website saying he would check the loft spaces etc he did not do this on his initial visit, such was his conviction as to where the mice were getting in.
After his visit promptly paid him and he said he would do a revisit at the property to check the traps and for signs of droppings in a weeks time.
Messar didn’t contact me to revisit, so I contacted him and when he came out there was another visible mouse. He rebaited again and said if we got another mouse he would be straight back out to investigate.
We did get another two mice and I contacted Messar on 3/11/23, 02/12/23, 04/01/24 and 28/01/24 asking him to come and reattend. To date he has not responded to any of my emails or contacted me to rebook in.
We are now PS120 out of pocket and are no better off.
Sadly I have had to post this negative review, which is my first ever, as I simply cannot get him to reattend.
Third time we’ve called on Qkil & have nothing but good words to say about the service provided each time. Thorough, always a quick response & on time, clean & tidy, and very knowledgeable (important!) about the best way to deal with different types of pests. This time had three wasps nests in our garage roof which needed to be fully removed before our builders would come to do some repair work. Got in touch early afternoon and all sorted by early evening – exemplary service and I can’t recommend enough!
