I am sending this email to report very unpleasant and unprofessional response from your red alert team on 26.06.2022 evening around 7pm. We stay @selborne. My kids were alone at home as we both parents were at work. My elder daughter saw a trespasser in our yard coming to the door on the camera. She got panicked and called me, I told her to press the panic button. No one came and nobody phoned from the red alert to find out wats happening. I rushed from far and came home still no one came to check. I called red alert many times and after few attempts a lady took the call and dealt with the matter in a non serious case and asked so many unnecessary questions to waste time. Apparently one guy named Marko rushed from nahoon to our house and gave a wonderful service, he checked everywhere and reassured us. I called your night supervisor Mr Greg to report this matter but he was busy and told us that he will call us back but he didn’t. Are we paying you every month for this kind of service? We are calling you for help and what service are you providing to your customers? We are very upset and need a proper explanation for this .

Red Alert in East London installed security beams in our home last week. They’ve been showing a warning sign since installation and a few other security concerns. We’ve contacted the gent who installed them without any success. Red Alert has also been informed since Friday night and they’ve promised to send someone to sort it out till today. Keep in mind that break-ins have spiked over the weekend in our town, and these guys keep on making us wait, without any indication of when this will be fixed. We are thinking of switching up to another security company. Terrible service of late.

I would like to commend your team for consistent dedication and never tiring even if it’s always the same address. They really didn’t make me feel like I’m always wasting their time. Being new in town and all, people will take advantage and would rather be safe than sorry and your team handled every call with finesse. Kudos to you guys especially the guys in Vincent

Loved this place and received excellent service from a gentleman named William, helped me with all my herbs, veggies and flowers. They have a wonderful bargain box where plants are reduced as they’ve reached their ‘shelf life’ but none the less, can be loved.
Exceptional knowledge had by the owner , giving me handy tips for my Venus fly trap too! 10/10

The coffee is good (as are the brownies). The setting for the coffee shop is really lovely and we have spotted quite a few local birds while enjoying a treat. The plant selection is very good and the advice and assistance is really useful.

Such a lovely nursery with an amazing selection of plants. The thing which makes them stand out from any other garden centre is their amazing knowledge of anything plants, they have helped me and my garden so much!

Cassim (paint department) handles each client with the highest level of professionalism. He always goes out of his way to provide the best possible service, at wonderful prices. He’s guided me through risky paint colour choices and I fully rely on his experience and advice.

Too busy ND cashier r very slow sometimes ND few tills r working only had to wait for so long I don’t get wen dey know shop is busy can’t dey open another till or get more ppl to help nd 1 more thing I don’t get y dey allow employees to jump the queue to pay dey should open another till for employees or dey should stand on n line with customers

The shop needs to attend to the fridges around the butchery area there is always a sting that comes from the area. Its not good and affects the quality of meat
