The expert was just great, punctual, professional. Now, we had a VERY SMALL incipient nest, easily accessible. So small like half of the size of a tennis ball. It took less than 5 minutes to easily spray and remove the nest.
The price was just DISPROPORTIONATE comparing to the actual work and time spent. I think that your company should be more flexible in terms of pricing, and contemplate a reasonable sliding scale based on the job requirement.
In summary: review your pricing! CAD 200 for a VERY SMALL job such as this one is EXCESSIVE.
Imran did a very thorough and detailed spraying of our house inside and out. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we had. Imran worked very efficiently and was in and out very quickly. He is so kind and friendly which made the process even better. He went above and beyond to address all our concerns. Thank you! We will definitely be booking further appointments with Imran.
Our recent service was for spring insect control in the house. The serviceman, Jomo, arrived right on time, wanted to know where we’ve been seeing insects, and got through the spraying efficiently. He was very pleasant and able to answer all of our questions. For the price we paid, we still get 2 more applications when needed.

The technician did his best, but the office service was poor. I called several times, and the answering machine was not activated. Then the receptionist was a little testy and the appointment time was not respected: the tech guy had a problem on the previous call. The technician could not find the source of entry, but the original trap door was still intact. That means previous work was OK, but could not locate the new entry point so squirrel problem unresolved
Ahmad, the service professional from GTA Pest Control came on a long weekend to take care of our ant problem today. We use him and GTA Toronto Pest Control every spring and we are extremely satisfied. They do not have to come back until the following spring as we have never had a reinfestation after they spray. Very impressed with the technician, upon arrival, he did a detailed walk around , both in side and out side of my property, and communicated to us his plan of eradicating the ant and spiders issue we are currently having. The tech, is very respectful and answered all questions. He spent approximately 2 hours of applying products for maximum effectiveness, in the past other companies would only dedicate about 1/2 hour of treatment and were not totally successful. It’s been only four days since first treatment, to early to commit on results.
I had the opportunity to use GreenLeaf Pest Control service and their staff was very welcoming and supportive. They provide me with the enough info to help me prepare for this arrival. Besides, they offer a followup service within three weeks following the initial services. On both occasions, the worker was both polite and warm. I was very impressed by the service and strongly recommend Bugsterminator.
When I first called, I was a bit skeptical because the price quoted was significantly less than the other company we’d called. But everything was 100% legit.
Maria was super fast to respond to each and every email I sent. We asked for an inspection first because we had a lot of questions and they dispatched Francisco who was super nice and patient. He answered all our questions, was very knowledgable and was not pushy at all. Pretty well after that inspection we were comfortable and scheduled a heat treatment. They arrived completely prepared, and Chris and Manual did a walk through and advised on any risks and again were very patient and accommodating to us. During the treatment, they sent texts with pics to show what was going on and followed our requests without hesitation (with regards to leaving keys, protecting valuables, etc) 100%. When we got back, there were no scratches of damage from all the equipment – they were very professional and careful. The service was perfect, the price was great and the people were very nice. I hope good companies like this prosper and give them my two thumbs up.
I noticed ants on our first floor, (we don’t have a basement so the first floor leads directly out to the backyard), and I started stressing out as we haven’t had them for two years.

Ultimate Pest Solutions did a fantastic job once again. A few years ago, they permanently eradicated a carpenter ant infestation in my home. Today, they came through once more by successfully removing a wasp nest. I called them yesterday, and by today, the nest was completely gone. The nest was high up and dangerously intertwined with TV and electrical wires, but they handled it with ease. Their prompt, professional, and effective service is truly commendable. Aman did excellent job with the treatment, and results were instant, and for weeks, finally pest free! A month ago, we had another company do treatment, and right away, I knew something was up, and turned out, they didn’t apply much chemical/almost no smell. Definitely not a pet friendly service… I noticed our dog sniffing around and inspected the area. I found bait / poison placed at ground level. Our dog had the runs for several days possibly from consuming bait located in other open ground level applications. Professionals would consider house pets.
You won’t find a work order or invoice under my name. It was for Robert Cook Co-op in south Etobicoke. Your technicians came back a 2nd time to apply small dabs of green and brown substances throughout the apartments. They were specifically asked not apply anything in an open area that our dog could reach. Your technicians response was… It is safe for pets to eat. He then applied the pesticide to the base of the toilet and left.
As I said earlier… Definitely not pet friendly and definitely not professional.
Thorough, professional, and fast-responding service. Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. They also used an unmarked truck which maintained discretion. Haven’t had any recurring issues after first treatment. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.
