I was very impressed by the excellent end-to-end service from IPM in installing deterrent spikes to remove pigeon nuisance. Daniel contacted me quickly and made every effort to understand the issue fully as well as the layout of the building and access to the roof (as it was 4 floors up and required specialist equipment and techniques). Daniel was professional, clear and courteous in all his contacts and worked with his colleagues to complete the job as required. Highly recommended.
I enquired about the removal of a wasp nest which I was unsure if active or not. They responded quickly and were very helpful. I was very impressesd with their honesty as they informed me the nest will be redundant. Other companies I contacted for quotes did not inform me of this and were going to carry out the nest removal regardless. Well done IPM, if I have an active pest issue I will be coming back to you!

I cannot recommend Gareth & the company high enough. Prompt service, excellent friendly advice & a very reasonable quote.
I contacted several other companies but IPM was the only one who didn’t charge for a survey.
Gareth has got rid of squirrels in my roof safely, humanely & has squirrel-proofed the area.
I feel very lucky to have chosen IPM & am very happy with the result.

No problem with Tom, the pest controller who came round in May and June and did a good job, but I paid for 2 visits to get a guarantee. It wasn’t made clear to me that this guarantee only lasts one month and the pests have resurfaced after just 2 months so they never fully went away. Even the website says to allow 8 weeks for treated surfaces to have an effect so that guarantee is a con. Offered just a 10% discount to continue treatment, despite a guarantee that the issue would be sorted.
We had Harry from Pest UK visit us yesterday and he was fantastic. Really professional, friendly, candid, knew exactly what he was doing and sorted our mice/rat problem out comfortably – which took a huge amount of stress off our hands. Would defo recommend and will be calling them if we ever have any other pest issues!
Harry visited us today to assist with a sighting of a rats, in our garden. He was unhurried, informative and reassuring in assessing our problem and providing us with a solution that was compatible with our cats and dog as well. Will happily recommend Harry to anyone with a rodent problem.

Permkill were super speedy at dealing with a wasp nest earlier last year in the summer in our new house that we have been renovating. It was quite high up roughly in the area where there was a small gap between the gutter for the roof.
I was going to leave it till winter for it to naturally die off but the wasps were causing problems for neighbours and it meant they couldn’t open their windows so I found these guys and they were perfect! Hopefully I’ll not need them again but if I do, I know who to call!
I had a mouse in my flat and I was absolutely freaked out Perm kill came out to me within 1 hour. The service I received for how much I was charged was outstanding. I highly recommend PERM KILL to anyone that has any pest control problems. Thank you so much, will defo be recommending you and using you again in the future should I need to.
Results beyond my expectations. Simple no fuss and for sure knows his stuff when it comes to rodents. Great service at very reasonable price.

I phoned Pro2kil and spoke with Jason on morning of 7th July 2023 regarding a suspected wasps nest in our garden. He was very nice and polite and told me he could come later in the afternoon on same day, which was great! He arrived on time, was very friendly. He went to the chest where many wasps were flying around, opened the door and showed me the nest that was inside. He put on his ‘wasp-buster’ gear and sorted out the problem. It was quick, he told me how long to avoid going in the garden, explained about wasps and how these nests are created. The wasp problem was gone and I was worried they would be back, but almost two weeks later, no sign of them, thanks to Jason’s professional and swift handling. There was no lingering smells from chemical spray used, just area now free of wasps. We highly recommend Jason/ Pro2kil for handling any wasp issues you might have. He was personally canvassing Estate Agents in my area, which to me is a sign of effort & hard work. We were at wits end with a carpet moth infestation when we found Mikes services. It was not an easy job to sort out as we had small pets which meant we were concerned about using chemical treatments in the house. Mikes approachable, knowledgeable and professional service really put us at ease and the problem was solved quickly before too much damage was done. We were also very pleasantly surprised at the price! (another factor why we had delayed seeking professional help for so long to the detriment of our carpets)
Excellent service. Had a rat problem which my neighbour and I shared. Abbey came out on the day I called, did what was necessary, but what I wasn’t expecting was that they came back…. time and time again. They weren’t going to leave until the job was done and they didn’t. I kept wondering who was in my garden when I saw them in there checking. … they were really low key, they don’t ask for favours, so they deserve this review. They’re gentlemen pest controllers with a work ethic. You can’t go wrong
We called Abbey Pest Control to help deal with pigeons nesting above our cars at work, they gave us a free quote and a number of options to choose from to tackle the problem.
Once instructed they attended within 2 days to install spikes and netting and were significantly cheaper than the other company who quoted. Really happy with the work, the nets are discreet and tidy and our staff are much happier now they have to clean their cars less often!!

I would not recommend this company I was initially quoted a price for bedbugs treatment but that didn’t include Vat then shortly after the treatment the bedbugs returned I then paid for a second treatment yesterday and I have seen a bug this morning I have given them PS252 for a relatively simple job and have been told they don’t guarantee their work avoid!!

Im sorry I definitely was NOT told I would need 2 or 3 treatments that is a lie!
And the reason I didn’t do the job myself is simple I am not a pest control specialist as apparently you are!
I can honestly say this company has been amazing from start to finish. Their level of customer service is truly up there and they have gone above and beyond to provide us with the best care and treatment. I would definitely recommend everyone to reach out to Smart pest Control if they need any help regarding pest control.
John is very helpful and has great customer service whenever I call. I had one of the men from the team come to my house in May and he knew what he was supposed to do. I did have to call back a few times but I’m happily and stress free to say so far from June till now it has been rodent free. I would recommend

Not so professional. I had them booked for pegion proofing the solar panel. They turned up late on the day and had to cancel the service due to rain, then they rebooked on a sunny day. I have to reschedule my program and had to wait for them but they did not turn up. Been calling them but no answer. Then I sent a WhatsApp message to confirm the time and they said they are still looking to do it. Finally I cancelled the service because of their unprofessional way of handling. My advice is to please respect client’s time, they also have other jobs to do and they counting on you for the job agreed.
Really efficient, very thorough and friendly service. Our technician Anthony went above and beyond to identify the source of our insect problem. He didn’t just clear the site of the infestation, but then took time to explore other possible ingress points in the house – then found and treated them.
He also explained everything very thoroughly. Also I was very impressed with risk management (very mild risk with the treatments tbf) given my elderly mother’s failing health.
Really easy company to deal with. Great customer contact and most competitive pricing. Recommended.
