Recommended – less than 1/2 a day from call to response to removal! Paul Jones was friendly, efficient and, as I have never dealt with a wasp nest before, answered all the questions I asked about the queen, the queen grubs etc. Excellent value including free education! Very fast very good!!! We had a problem with rats, council couldn’t attend for 2 weeks council gave us pestguard northwest crewes number, they were great, just a pity I’m paying my council tax and they don’t want to be as quick as they should.

Returned my poor quality lenovo (do not buy) laptop today. Spent over an hour alone on phone to Argos 0345 number liaising between shop staff and Argos on line. Had purchased product on Argos card (avoid) on my second phone call to argos they told me I didn’t purchase the product… eventually after waiting on phone for over an hour and shop refusing to accept that my reference number was valid.. they eventually found my records and refunded the money to my account.. .. no stars Argos… coz I did purchase the product in store. . Over an hour of my life wasted
I don’t think I’ve ever given an Argos a 5 star review, it normally ends in disaster, compensation, complaints etc.
However, having bought something from Chester Argos which was broken when I opened the package, I was expecting the worst, but I got the best kind of service. The young lady at Ellesmere Port Argus refunded me on a gift card without issue and even recommended a better product, and was throughly nice throughout.

Appalling customer service – I had an issue placing my order and received no help whatsoever from the customer representative, she offered no solutions and simply turned away my custom. In times of economic downturn if Argos is able to refuse to take customers’ money, maybe they are best going the same way as WOOLWORTH and MOTHERCARE – I’ll be using Amazon for my catalogue shopping in the future – much much better customer service.

I am currently buying a house that has Knotweed on the land. The current owners have employed Dan to manage the issue. I got in touch with Dan who sent me the management plan and also met me on the site, explaining everything clearly. Whilst Knotweed is an issue it is not the end of the world. Many of the videos on the internet would have you believe that Knotweed is worse than an attack of Triffids! Dan has assured me that the plant can be brought under control and eradicated.
He has also been on hand at what some would consider “out of hours” to carry out further surveys.
If you want someone reliable, personable and confidence inspiring Dan’s yer man.
I recently bought a house with a neglected and overgrown garden. I thought i had found Japanese Knotweed. I was seriously worried about it. I uploaded photographs to Knotweed doctor and within a couple of hours I had an email from Dan saying that it wasn’t. This reassurance was such a relief and there was no charge. Such good service.

Carl and his team were friendly, punctual and are excellent value for money. They washed my large patio area and removed the moss from my roof and garage roof. Made me feel at ease and did an amazing job in a very short space of time. Even managing to work around my garden shed which causes an obstruction to the back of the garage roof. Our church path was covered in moss and quite treacherous underfoot in winter. Wrexham Weed Control attended promptly and applied a very effective treatment to it. In just 3 days the moss had died and had started to crumble to dust. We found Carl to be very obliging and so easy to do business with. Highly recommended. Our elderly parishioners will now be safe to attend church!
So many contractors do not materialise when they say they will, if at all, but Wrexham Weed Control turned up right on time, as promised. They did an excellent job removing moss from, and and treating, my roof. They were clean and tidy, left no mess, and I have to say that I appreciated their sense of humour which brightened the day up considerably. Well done indeed.

I started using Cheshire Lawn Doctor 2 years ago when my lawns were more weeds and moss than grass. After a thorough moss removal and reseeding they now maintain my lawns with weed treatment 4 times a year. My lawns have never looked so good. I’d thoroughly recommend them for an efficient, no hassle service.
Ed has been looking after my lawn for a few years now and has achieved a great result, especially Summer 2019 when the lawn was free from weeds and looked great over the 5-6 months from April/May. He knows his stuff and was able to get rid of some particularly aggressive weeds when he first visited.

Staff are so friendly here. I was embarrassed going in asking for mouse bait as had one in my home. The lady with short brown hair and a younger male member of staff advised me on the most popular and effective bait. So friendly when assisting and serving me always so polite and with a friendly welcome on each visit. Excellent customer service each time I have shopped so thank you for making me feel at ease to ask anything whilst there be it regards products or advise
I needed some special size nuts & bolts – phoned the shop before travelling and they confirmed that they had what I wanted. I’m beginning to think that Rightway is (IMO) very underrated. Staff are helpful / knowledgeable and it’s easy to park. Great shop with a BIG range of products. Recommended

Huge store…plenty of parking…found what I wanted…only problem with B&M is that they will tell you on their Web site that they stock a certain product but they don’t tell you if it’s available in a particular store. I went to their Liscard store but item not in stock went to Ellesmere and thankfully it was in stock.
Massive retail store in Ellesmere Port, near the M53 junction 9. It has everything you could want, ranging from groceries, home accessories, DIY, electrical, toys, and gardening. The staff are pleasant and always available to help with any queries.There’s plenty of free parking at the store.
Very friendly staff indeed, popped in last night and bought a desk and chair, got home and chair was too high.
So popped back this morning and was issued a refund by a helpful lady!

When we returned home to find our baby boys room filled with what seemed like hundreds of angry wasps obvious panic set in.
We called Suddenstrike and spoke to their extremely supportive staff who told us someone would be with us within half an hour and help resolve our pest control problem.
I was extremely satisfied when within quarter of an hour we heard a knock on our door and were greeted by one of the Suddenstrike team. This company has an extremely professional image and the service I received from the minute their staff arrived put me and my partner at instant ease from what was a distressing situation. The pest controller showed his experience quickly and efficiently identifying the location the wasps were entering our property and setting up his equipment to tackle the nest. The dialogue of each stage of treatment of the nest proved that this company and their reputation in providing the highest quality of service and commitment to solve our problem is the reason they are so well regarded within the county.
Suddenstrike went above and beyond to make further checks internally and ensure our house was safe and no risk was posed to our young family. Emergency – with blocked drain causing toilets and kitchen sink to back up.
Friendly and professional on initial call and engineer arranged for same day.
Engineer arrived within 2 hours, again friendly and professional. He diagnosed, located (in drain from my property linking with the main drain serving my neighbours’ properties) and cleared the problem within 30 mins and completed cleaning and all checks to ensure that everything was clear and ok within 1 hour.
Great job, well done and a huge relief to get our essential water service working as normal again.
