Roger is a great pest control technician, I’ve called him many times. For this particular situation I was having for earwigs, Roger went out of his way to help me out. He let me know that rather than wasting 100s of dollars for service calls and using various products, it would be more beneficial to get a dehumidifier. Just with that my issue was resolved and I can always use the dehumidifier when needed.

My husband & I heard noises on the 2nd floor roof of our TH sometime towards end of March. My husband contacted 3 companies & only Tony replied back same day. He arranged to come take a look at our issue on Mar 30th. First off Tony is “on time” when he says he’ll be there a certain time, he arrives on the dot, or 10 mins early. You can tell he is expert at this trade cuz he found the entry point of the animal (raccoon) within the 1st 15-20 mins of inspecting our roof. He also went on our attic, and checked any evidence of a mother raccoon or babies. Thank goodness in our case there are none. He installed a one way door on the entry point the same day. He is very thorough & does not rush the job. After 2 days he called & followed up. He was back today Apr 9 when I called to inform him that I heard a noise again. He was at our TH within 2 hrs of the call, inspected the roof & found a new entry point on our neighbor’s roof. He took a video & even went to talk to our next door neighbor to inform them of what he found. He went up the attic again, took a video; showed & explained what he saw. He answered our questions the best he can & suggested we find a handy man that can help secure all 4 points of the soffit on our unit to secure our unit for good. He is very personable, professional, and the quality of his work is exceptional. He is also considerate wearing a mask & a shoe covering when we went inside the house. Contacted Tony about a racoon that gained entry into my attic. Fortunately no babies and he was able to install a one-way door to ensure humane removal. A follow up visit was required and Tony was able to seal and secure the the entry point to ensure no future issues. Pest control services are unfortunately never a “low cost” option, but price was reasonable and overall, I was pleased with the very professional and polite approach and I would recommend.
This is the place to call for pest control. Genuine service, no gimmicks. Called Prime Pest control for help with bed bugs I caught from a hotel. Tony was able to come by very soon to inspect and treat the room. He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to answer any concerns. Pricing is also fair. Unprofessional. Buyer beware. We’ve been fighting bed bugs for many months, and realized that we can’t do it ourselves anymore because they kept re-appearing. Every time we think we got them all, they would come back in full force 2 weeks later. We know that the chemicals available at Home Depot and such are consumer grade, and we needed professional help with the real insecticides (the kind you need a license to buy). That’s when we called NH Pest Control. He offered 3 months guarantee, and if more came up he will come and spray again. We were reasonably satisfied with the plan. We sprayed twice for bed bugs, two weeks apart. After both sprays we found live bed bugs. After the first spray, we decided to wait because it was still early. Now we were getting ready to inspect the mattresses before reloading our dressers (2 weeks after the second spray), and found several live bedbugs running across the floor, alive and well. Now he does not answer our calls. When we were new customers, we got the white glove service. After we paid, it was a totally the opposite. The owner (I presume) blocked my number. When I got a hold of him with a different number, he told me to kill them manually, mumbled something in his native language (I assume he was cursing me) and hung up abruptly. He will take your money and then do absolute minimum. When I was watching, I had to ask him to spray a few areas that were known to be infested, otherwise he would not have done them. Then he mumbled under his breath and did it with with a face full of attitude. Excuse me, if you said you would spray the whole house, why are you making faces? These bed bugs will continue to reproduce and re-infest my house, thus not resolving any issue. My cockroach problem is also still present, which he also sprayed for at the same time. He did not tell me what chemicals he used, nor he did not tell me what to expect afterwards or give me any instructions. I only knew what to do because I have a lot of experience dealing with them. He refused even to give me the MSDS which is required by law. I would give zero stars if it was possible. This is my own experience, which was not pleasant, any my initial problem was not resolved. Spread the word, do not use. NH PEST: I’m waiting for you to contact me to resolve my problem. Once my issue is 100% resolved, I will consider updating my review!!! Unblock me and call me.

She even educated us on prevention and the perspective of these wasps. Ariel was very professional and knowledgeable. Encountered a squirrel that managed to get into our attic through a small opening. I called Eddy at GottaGo Pest Control and he quickly responded. He was able to get the pests out of the attic and seal the opening with a release trap door. Extremely pleased with the quality of work and how quickly he was able to provide us with the much needed peace of mind. Fortunately, we caught the pest issue early that no damage was done in the Attic.
Great service and very knowledgeable about all types of pest issues. We had birds and squirrels in on our brick wall vents outdoors and he was able to seal them and use a trap door to humanely let them out. No issues since. He did a call back to our house to check up on the work and then we noticed a small wasp nest and he removed that also no charge! Very happy with the quality of service.
