The thing that stood out for me was the time that they responded , I called to get a quote for my place to be cleaned and they sent one of their team members the same day to my place , and that made me feel like I have made the right decision by contacting them because of their sense of urgency. The quote was given and their rates came in cheaper than some other quotes I got , so that was great for me , I approved the quote and the next day the team came through to clean , very professional team with respect for their clients , did what their needed with no disturbance to me and they completed it within a day.
I will surely be using them for my future cleaning !

The cleaning specialists arrived at my home on time and got set up quickly to remove a cockroach infestation that was plauging my home for a few weeks. The cleaning Crew is the best company and they we do magic when providing their services. I’m very glad and happy for what they have done in cleaning my house. I had a very funny smell in my car after spilling something in it. I took it to 2 car wash places that charged me the earth for it and still the smell was there.I phoned the cleaning crew they were amazing they arrived on time They friendly professional and sorted my problame out srstraight

After reading glowing reviews about this company I decided to give them a try. They never showed up on the day of the cleaning, I WhatsApp them to query if they were on their way, no answer; I called, the call was never answered or returned till today. No mention why they never pitched.

Great service. Accommodated me on very short notice and moved things around for my convenience. Upholstered couches were cleaned very well in all corners and crevices. Did not only use the extraction vacuum cleaner but also scrubbed in special stain removers with a brush. Staff were very professional. Also reasonably priced.

Service of the guy who collected the carpet was great but turn around time for carpet to be returned is ridiculous I’ve been waiting for weeks yet I was told my carpet will only take another week. I’m given the excuse weather has been bad yet it’s never rained in these weeks and it’s been hot as ever! I’m not pleased at all.

Never answer the phone. No one ever calls you back even though they say they will. I suggest you use another company as this one is pathetic.

Poor customer relations. Won’t be going back there in a hurry.
