Reached out for a pest control due to finding a queen wasp and her army of wasps, had decided to take nest in the wall cavity of my kitchen wall.
Thought ill fill entrance hole in the wasps will disappear and all would be good….
DONT DO THIS, to my amazement they ate through the cement in the wall and got into my kitchen, I had at least 20 of them buzzing in my kitchen….(out came the hoover)….
Let them back outside, as I’m aware we are actually short of these in the world just now, due to recent floods etc etc,
I think good majority of them will die, as don’t think concrete is a stable diet for them…..
As they were still entering from outside (yes I blocked it, but they ate through it)
I called Neil, few text messages later, he was at my home and does his magic, (unfortunately due to where they were in cavity of wall, we could not rescue the queen,) so with a quick spray “of his magic dust” they have gone and no more wasps….
Would highly recommend Neil, a very pleasant funny guy. Very professional in his field work, extremelyreasonablepricd as well…thank you Neil.
Cannot recommend Neil at Eco Pest Control enough. Text him late sunday evening regarding a mouse problem. Gave me advice until he could attend first thing tuesday morning. Quickly identified where they were likely to be getting in. Returned a week later and confirmed I’d had some visitors! Placed some more traps and hopefully this will sort my problem. He was professional, friendly and reassuring. Wont hesitate to contact him again should I need to.
I contacted Eco Pest Control on Monday to remove a dead bird, Neil came the very next day and took it away. This is the 2nd time using Eco Pest Control and I can’t recommend them enough. The previous visit was to treat a flea infestation and Neil gave clear instructions for preparation, explained the process and I’m pleased to say no more fleas. I would Highly recommend Eco Pest Control.

Had a mice infestation in my home and called Optima Environmental Services. Alex came out the following morning after me calling at night Panicking and quickly put my mind to rest and Reassured me that he would get rid of them. He put down lots of traps and done a set of three trips to make sure they were all gone before covering my Vents coming in my house. I am now mice free and very happy with the Service, would highly recommend. He is very reliable and very Reasonably priced. Plus lovely Personally. thanks again Alex.

After contact it was prompt , first class communication was feeling rather optimistic about solving my pest issues or so i thought. Having agreed a time giving him a whole week until the visit was due decides to let me down on the day without any notification whatsoever. Having taken the day off work to be there and me having to chase him up is mind-boggling considering your 5* reviews! So i then in turn contacted an actual professional who did the job better and on time when he said he would and cheaper.
The guys at Optima Environmental Services came out same day to install pigeon spikes to two sections of waste pipe. Price was very good and service even better. They kept in contact via messenger throughout the day, letting me know of their arrival and they turned up on time. Both guys were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Spikes installed and area cleaned of debris all within 45 mins. I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you so much.

The work carried out to our chimney pots ie spikes to deter pigeons roosting was done promptly, efficiently and to a very high standard. The two technicians carrying out this work were very pleasant and friendly young men who answered all our questions easily.
