I contacted the company Sunday morning, not expecting anything back until Monday, but Luke had replied to me straight away and Monday he had sprayed and finished. super effective, super reliable, he has been checking in with myself daily to make sure everything’s under control and he was so polite and at ease. It’s people like Luke who deserve to absolutely thrive in business as his customer service is elite, and his company runs efficiently. Thankyou so much for putting me at ease about an issue I was worried about. Thankyou so much.
Can’t praise and thank these guys enough! Luke was very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to dealing with our recent rodent problem. He helped us identify all possible causes and put in place a solid plan to deal with it. We’re glad to say we’ve not had a problem since and we’re left feeling confident that it is properly taken care of. Really can’t thank them enough and saved us Alot of sleepless nights, would be my first recommendation to anyone experiencing any pest related issue.
Luke was absolutely fabulous. He came out to us, calmed us down and dealt with the mice very effectively and efficiently. In just one treatment the mice had gone and he identify exactly where they were coming from and blocked it. Am so pleased with his professionalism and service. Also maintained regular contact in the week to see if everything was ok. Would definitely recommend. Very friendly guy, efficient service and even showed the hawk to the kiddies! 5 * service.
