I recently bought a grinder from the store for personnel use. Machine was used once and on the second time trying to use it is was non functional. The machine was literally 12days old.

Took it back to the store because it has a 1yr warrantee only to find out that it will be sent for repairs to be fixed /returned or replaced after 21 days.

I asked the lady how will I now be able to finish the cutting work on my roof? To which she replied, you’ll have to wait 21 days.

I said thank you and closed my account.

Manager needs to be fired in my opinion because he has NO idea how to deal with or speak to customers. But other than that the lady at the customer service desk is lovely. She sorted out the problem I was having with the iPhone 11 I bought from them and she managed to calm me down when I was very, very angry after the treatment from the useless manager.

I was so dissapointed,i arrive there Friday 29-07-2022 to buy a television,the guy who assisted us he sent us to pay,the time we go back to the service desk to collect the television,to find out the television is out of stock,and therefore he convince us to buy the one that is on display.we were so helpless and dissapointed.

This centre has improved the town paulpietersburg was a few years ago. By the addition of this Centre lives of many people have been changed and many job opportunities created. In the past we used to go to Vryheid to get some basic services, at the centre which shoprite,jet,ackerman’s PEP cell and ATMs on the outside. We thank you for the improvements

Paulpietersburg as a whole is developing at a rapid rate.

Parking bays could use guards and an alternative spot for parking could be offered as the available fills up quite quickly.

Shoprite offers a great selection of products and price. Awesome.

The employees in the shop have good customer service and they treat customers with dignity and respect. They are too friendly to everyone.

I feel so embarrassed after purchasing something to drink and the cashier told me that it’s been a couple of months for them not to have straw’s i was so shocked such a big store like this, she said it’s either i took it live it

I can rate it as a good shop,the only thing that they can implement is their customers service in the tills,their cashier’s some are fast and some are not concentrating
