2 stars because of the speed and ease of ordering and shipping. 0 stars for feeling ripped off. R56 for a tiny 10x8cm super cheap plastic glue-trap enclosure and R8.80 for a single 8x6cm piece of glue-trap refill paper. Sizes are not listed and the photos are misleading. If I knew the things would be so small I would just have bought Effecto glue traps because they work out much cheaper and I can just throw them away when done. Very disappointed, when I indicated this to the business I was met with complete silence. Not even a reply stating that I am incorrect, which tells me they know they’re ripping people off. Realistically these things should be half the price they are.

Peststore is the online shopping website/sister company of Pathogen And Environmental Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
This is their head office and main distribution warehouse, and as such they don’t really have a store in the building. However, you can still buy all their products in person in their office.

The product and service were all up to expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who has pest issues.

Ordered items on 18April 2022. Today it’s 10 July and the items have still not been delivered. Pests have already died of old age.
