Do NOT use this company! (Unless you want to throw money straight into the garbage)

We got bedbugs from the unit next door, so the apartment building itself caused the bugs.

We lost 50% of our belongings that had to be thrown away.

We spent hundreds of dollars on laundry and cleaning before the came to spray.

They bragged at us and said they had NEVER seen a unit as empty and clean as ours. (We entirely emptied it)

They sprayed and left.

4 hours later we arrived and IMMEDIATELY saw bugs crawling on the kitchen counters and this morning we are COVERED in bites again.

All that work for NOTHING!!

We call them back and they give a half baked excuse about “it can take them a while to bring the poison back to the colony”

BULLSHIT! I’ve had this happen twice before in my life and this is not how it’s done.
They told me I have to wait another week before “they can come check” but in the meantime I will spread this bug to every cab, office and home I am visiting in the meantime, and I’ll make sure everyone knows it’s because THIS COMPANY has no idea what they’re doing.

I urge all fellow Nova Scotians to keep scrolling and choose ANY OTHER company for your pest control problems.

I work at a pet store in Dartmouth and Lintu Varghese does all of our regular maintenance. He exceeds in every aspect of what he does in our store, and has gone above and beyond in working with our staff on various occasions when we have had issues in our store. He’s very personable and I always enjoy our little chats when he’s by.

Great pest control company. They take the time to hear our concerns and works with us to determine the best course of action. If what we want turns out being not the best thing, the Rep takes the time to explain why…but also recommends something else and takes the time to explain to us. Great communication and products.
