MISLEADING COMPANY – they hide google reviews. Sall out charge is low, they will give you a high quote once they ‘inspect’. They tried to charge me PS120 for not agreeing to their quote, then reduced the price of the service so they could go ahead. Once I paid – they REMOVED their 3 month warranty which we previously agreed, because they ‘reduced’ the price – but I was only told this once I’d paid. Unnecessary stress/hassle to a single mum with a small baby who just wanted to find out where the ants were coming from. ABSOLUTE CONS! STAY AWAY!

Regularly have problems when ordering online and I’m told it is coming from the dartford store. One delivery never turned up on the day they said it would be delivered. No one contacted me. B&q account said it had been delivered. Had to get the order refunded and buy it somewhere else. I am currently waiting for a delivery that I was told would be delivered between 8 and 10am and that i would get a phone call 30mins before the delivery will be here. Its now 11am, its not here, and no phone call. I rang customer service, they said its delayed and they tried to contact the dartford store for an update but no one would answer the phone (this happened with my last order). Really poor communication from this store. I’ll just use other businesses for home deliveries in future. This dartford store is unreliable. Will take your money but won’t give you your products. I rang the number on this Google listing and it took 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone at the store. Once answered I was put through to the delivery team. They couldn’t tell me where my order is or when it would get to me. I asked if its actually being delivered today, they took my order number and put me on hold so that they could look into it for 5 minutes. They were very polite and said my products aren’t in the yard so they assume they’re on the delivery truck but they can’t access the manifest and the one person that can won’t be at work until 12.30pm. I’ve been told to wait another 1-1.5hours for it to arrive. Waited to 2.15pm to call again. When I rang I got through to staff straight away. They said that there was a problem with the pallet and they rearrange the delivery (in 4 more days!). I need the products to I agreed that was fine. Very frustrating service from B&Q. However I had a second delivery due today of compost (it arrived early with a very friendly and happy driver) but I didn’t get the 30min phone call from the driver to say he was about to be here, as they said I would. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been polite. It’s the systems that are lacking.
Recent visit to exchange patio gas, advised they had changed supplier and they were unable to help but sign us up to new supplier (for a charge) even though we had a contract signed through B&Q with old supplier. Unable to give us deposit back either. Very frustrated asked to speak to manager, very rude unhelpful chap come over (did not have managing skills, did not appear to be the manager) and advised they could not help (no introduction to who they were) even though we had signed contract with through B&Q for Calor gas. Offered no support or advice then proceeded to tell us, “thats life”. I was really taken aback, having worked in management and people services I felt this was the worst sort of management response I’d ever experienced the wrong person I’d ever want representing my company. When asked about this supposed manager adviced the term, “that’s life was not said to sound how it sounded but they would not apologise then walked away. Worse experience so far in this store, usually not that great as staff are not very well taught on products.
Awful experience at the collection point, which has happened 3/3 times that I have been to this store. This time, I waited 20 minutes to be served. The staff did not come to help and serve me whilst they all seemed to be wandering around aimlessly doing nothing.When I complained, a staff member finally appeared to help, and took 20 seconds to sort out my collection order, which should have been dealt with a lot sooner. The management at this store is poor and needs to be looked into, as this is a recurring issue. I will definitely not return.

Incredible Service giving me absolute peace of mind in terms of professionalism, quality, reliability, excellent customer service/care and work guaranteed. Trevor was highly recommended to me and he certainly didn’t disappoint, in actual fact he surpassed my expectations. My first assignment for Trevor was pesky pigeons (absolute nightmare they were!) I was so happy with the work and Trevor’s commitment to the project that I called Trevor again to deal with a mouse the house!! Again Trevor was swift, detailed and efficient with identifying the problem and rectifying. I am sooooo happy with the service and Trevor will always be my Go-To.

We had a problem with wild rabbits in the garden, destroying the plants and flowers that my wife had lovingly grown. I called Trevor at Kent and London Pest control, who gave a first class service over a number of visits, such that e haven’t seen a rabbit for a while. I would absolutely recommend Trevor for any pest control issues that you have; he’s very, conscientious, reliable and reasonably priced.
Trevor Carey was totally efficient and highly experienced in his job. Would definitely recommend him in all areas of types of different infestation. There was a rat in my house and Trevor scouted the house inside and out to see where it came from and if there could possibly be more. He removed the infestation and came back the next day to make sure it was all removed.

There monitored alarms are not monitored…testament to tgis is all the claims coming in from business restructuring companies requesting their money back…
One client has a claim for over PS100,000.00 due to the damage caused when their property was broken into and Clearway did not monitor the alarm …some clients even removed the alarms themselves and it took a month for Clearway to contact them to check the alarm…
The Chairman Ian Quinlan was informed about the alarm issue in December and that a clients property was destroyed. ..his solution was to tidy up the property and keep the damage from the owners and basically lie about the alarm response issue !…..What a decision to make….the claims will be mounting
