The technicians, Mike and John, were professional and friendly. They were took the time to listen to my concerns, and answer any questions I had concerning the extermination. After the inspection the problem area was identified and the exclusion taken care of along with both inside and outside areas addressed. They were punctual for follow up appointments and when they left I had peace of mind knowing that the problem was taken care of . Great service. I would highly recommend Viking Pest Control Management.
One quick phone call answered locally and I knew I was in good hands. The office staff were very professional and a service technician was at our home the same day. He was quick to address the ant issues, explained his extermination plan and assured me that our problem would be solved.
We are a pet friendly home and there were no concerns about the treatment used.
I like to support a local company and will certainly use their services when needed.
I could not recommend Brian and Viking more highly!! Brian has always been available no matter how many times a week I called him at first (no one wants a rat in their house!!), and since then he has never missed a regular check up, and is always in communication with us.
I also really like the local aspect of Viking. Their service is affordable, and my money is going to a local business and not a huge corporation.
