Our property has been taken care of for many years by John, who is friendly and knowledgeable, and has been able to take care of all our needs. Plus with seasonal filling of outside bait stations, I never have to worry about pests inside my farmhouse. Great service and fair pricing.
We appreciate their prompt service whenever a pest problem arises, and country homes often have these problems arise! Friendly staff and fairly priced, they are the only company we will use.

My experience was overall fantastic. Right from the initial phone call just asking questions the last was great. Informative, pleasant and a joy to deal with. There was so much communication the entire time that it was almost too much, but you can never have too much of a good thing. The dude doing all the actual killing was awesome. It has taken me sometime to work up to leaving this review as this experience was a very hard time for myself and our family.
It all started when we bought a home back in September of 2022 here in Ontario.
We were pretty desperate to buy and the the notorious housing market in this area was not forgiving for buyers and forces one to act quickly.
We were astounded to finally have purchased a home but that excitement was instantly stolen that very first night when we realized we had a big problem… we have never laid eyes on cockroaches before but I knew it as soon as I laid eyes on one for the 1st time….what they were and they were everywhere…we had a huge problem.
Thankfully a coworker recommended oxisix and Joel was out the next day. He assured me everything was going to be ok and he never failed in over 12 years…but he did tell me that this was going to be a long drawn out battle….because it was such a bad infestation and the roaches have probably built up a tolerance to the insecticides …which they did. JOEL THREW everything he had them but the German cockroach is very hard to eradicate…
After about 6-7 months of treatment
We were soo relieved to have finally have won and nolonger had to live out of our garage…
Please I highly recommend oxisix and specifically Joel. He is extremely knowledgeable and trained to deal with these pest and you need to listen to every recommendation he offers.

UPDATE: Vanessa, the CEO contacted me, accepted constructive criticism, apologized for her staff, resprayed and refunded my payment. She also provided constructive next steps for next year and with that we will move forward with her company’s service in 2024. Very impressed with her responsiveness, commitment and execution to address our concerns.
June 9 they sprayed for spiders and within just over a month the house had spider webs!!! I contacted the office July 19, again July 23 and finally on July 24 received this:
My apologies. I wanted to speak to the owner about her thoughts and when I spoke to her on the phone it slipped my mind.

She also called on July 24 and said they would follow up. Tomorrow is August 1st and all I have is more spider webs. Have asked for a full refund! Will write a review in the outcome. Even the neighbour who recommended them commented on the spider webs I have!!
Recently, our home was overrun with ants so we called the folks at OxiSix for help. Their service was outstanding. Vanessa, always answered our phone calls and explained everything. Tim, their professionally trained technician arrived on time, was extremely pleasant, well groomed, competent and professional. He explained exactly what he would do and ensured we knew when to return to the home. We were very impressed with his service. A few weeks later, we thought there might be evidence of a few ants so without hesitation, Tim was sent, at no charge to us, to re-spray a few areas and leave some product to deal with any ants that might return. Doug and his nephew took care of a raccoon issue in the crawl space of my Wasaga home three years ago. Those crazy little monkeys tore the place up. Pulled apart wiring, vapour barriers and built nests in the insulation. Oh and the best part was all of that stinky poop. To deal with the aftermath, I had to have the entire area professionally cleaned and repaired. The reason why I am posting this review now is because I just got a call from my old neighbour in Wasaga asking me for contact info for the guys I used to help me with my critter problem. She called Doug and asked him to come right away. He was there in 30 minutes. Now that is service for you.
I had an unfortunate situation with a racoon trying to live in my attic and I am so glad I called Doug from Critter Cop. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond till he was able to capture the unwanted tenant. As much as I hope I don’t have to call Doug again, I know if I ever have an issue , I know to call Critter Cop! Thanks again.
Unfortunately, some birds made their way into our roof and ended up making a nest in the attic area. Based on the reviews Critter Cop was the right person to call, they came out asap and attended to the situation and got rid of the nest. Tyler also made the area bulletproof and unbreakable for future birds. Thank you for the services.
