My partner went for a trail for a cleaning position in Swansea Golf course for one hour unpaid, he has 22 years cleaning experience so doesn’t need a trail, that’s what a probationary period is for when you get offered the job, he was told he did well, had to travel by car to get to the trail for half an hour for nothing, he was told someone would ring him, no one rang, just wasting his time, unprofessional company who mess people around.

Well what can I say about A and R. Such an incredible place to have worked for, very polite to all members of staff and customers, and listen to you any time of day, the attention to detail they expect from the employees are very professional.
