I recently found a bumblebee nest in my garden and although I’m happy to have bees in my garden I was concerned about my dog.
Sam from the farm contacted me in Her own time and gave me some great advice in what to do to keep both the bees and dog safe. I followed Her advice and it worked like a charm both bees and the dog are both happy and safe.
Really can’t thank Her enough for going out Her way to help. I did get what seemed like good ideas from other people who did mean well but Sam’s knowledge really showed and she explained everything so clearly.
I would highly recommend Her if anyone has any issues with bees and needs advice in what steps to take.
Colin and Sam came out at very short notice to rescue our red fuzzy bum bumble bees after their nest was discovered by our builders while digging foundations. They came to our house and made a box nest the next day, and then came back two days later to collect them after dark when the bees were asleep. They were friendly, informative and couldn’t do enough to help. Reasonable charge and we learnt such a lot from them… we shall stay in touch and hopefully be able to use their services again and again as our garden projects develop. Thank you for saving the bees and for your efficient help.
Sam and Colin were fantastic , I called them about a swarm of bees landed in our front garden, 7 pm in the evening , they came out with out delay, set to work and carefully and safely removed the bees.
Lovely people to meet , so knowledgable about the bees and explained what was happening . I can’t wait to visit their farm shop and treat myself to some of the local honey they produce .
