Was visited by Paul who was very polite and friendly, he came out for 3 visits and by the last visit I had not seen or heard any mice and my home was back to normal 🙂 Very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend to anyone having issues with mice or other pests! Excellent! We contacted this company as we had a mole in the garden for the first time in 25 years. The operative arrived quickly and laid traps. The company kept us informed of his arrival time and he was very prompt. As soon as he left, we saw no more signs of infestation. On the second visit, the operative found the perpetrator. The company even suggested a repayment of the third visit (we paid PS240 in advance). Well done! We’ve got our garden back!!
We’ve had Chris H out on several visits for a squirrel problem in our loft. All I can say is that Chris is fantastic at his job, not only is he knowledgeable with regard to eliminating the rodent issue. He also tell you the right information in keeping them out. I’m very grateful that we’ve dealt with him. Thank you Chris!!
Used them 2 years ago when the roofer evidence of rats/squirrels when re-tiling the roof. Only good thing I can report on is they turned up on time. Put a couple of traps in the loft and said I wouldn’t have any further problems (I have!). Now having to get another company out, who hopefully won’t be as clueless
