I can’t recommend Ben enough. I needed my house treated after an unfortunate moth infestation. I had to reschedule the appointment that I had with Ben, even though he had traveled out to the property. He was very understanding and rescheduled without a problem.
Ben went above and beyond when treating the house, spraying up in the loft and also on the patio by the back door, as he noticed a lot of ants, so thank you!
What a SUPERB service! I called Ben yesterday after 5pm and he turned up today. He came with his gear including ladder and was done and dusted with in 30 mins. His is sure the wasps nest has been exterminated, but would return if it needed a second visit. Very personable guy, ultra professional and incredibly knowledge about the nest! A+++++

Both myself and my partner were very impressed with Terminate, and Ky in particular. We thought we had a mouse problem in our loft but one glance from Ky let us know it was a squirrel. He was knowledgable, friendly, confident and efficient. As with other reviews, great service with the follow up checks to make sure the problem was properly taken care of. If you have a pest control problem and you are in their area of operation, you should hire Terminate. Great value. Highly recommended.

After 6 failed visits by another pest control service and hundreds already spent I thankfully called Graham to come and have a look to see what he could do for us with the mice problem.
Graham was on time every visit, professional and put a plan of action into place. He took time in dealing with the problem and come up with a solution.

I discovered mice in the attic and contacted Help me Pest Control. Duane carried out an investigation and provided an action plan to deal with the problem. From start to finish he kept me informed and in a few short weeks, dealt with everything in a very professional way. Pricing is very reasonable and I wasn’t charged for the last visit as Duane just wanted to ensure all was well. I have no hesitation in recommending this company, they are excellent.
So grateful to Graham today for sorting the wasps nest in the kitchen wall extractor vent. Rang him in the morning and came in the afternoon. We had a big wasp’s nest in our cavity wall, with wasps coming into the house and our puppy in danger of eating them. We called Steve at 8:30pm on a Thursday evening and he was around at 8am on Friday morning. He identified the nest, identified how they were getting into the house, and looked to see if there were any other nests on our property.
He then dealt with the nest quickly and efficiently and offered to come back the next day if there were any issues.

Excellent service. Came on the day that we contacted. Very knowledgeable. Gave sound advice. Very professional and courteous. Very patient as he waited till we got our cat in!! Dealt with the wasps a.d promised to return tomorrow if we see any are still around. Would happy recommend.
Since then Hugh has been out twice to us. Firstly to advise our neighbours and us as to whether we had wasps or bees and secondly to deal with mice for us. He arrived slightly late as he got caught up in the petrol chaos on the roads but he had text to advise us that he would be slightly late and arrived at the time he said. He is very efficient and professional.but with a friendly and reassuring manner. He could charge a great deal more than he does for a first rate job. Can’t recommend high enough.
The day before we went on holiday I realised there was a lot of what I thought was wasp activity around two evergreen trees in my garden and I thought that there must be a nest in the ground somewhere. I called Hugh first thing in the morning and explained the situation and he came round in the afternoon. There was no nest but we noticed a lot of bugs all round the main trunk of the trees and this seemed to be what was attracting the wasps/bees. Hugh said that once these bugs went then the wasps/bees would go too. He was right, we went away not having to worry about a nest and when we came home all had gone. So grateful and Hugh refused any payment saying he was passing anyway. Thank you again.
Fantastic service by this company.. We have a holiday cottage and had an internal problem with squirrels in the loft space. Very noisy a week before a very busy season. Hugh was amazing. I called them out to take a look at a potential rat/ mice problem in the boiler cupboard at my flat, which I rent out. This was early September 2021. They arrived and after having a look told my dad there was no issue, even though it stunk and there was some shredded tissue, but gave him their bank details and I then had to transfer them PS100 for a call out which I did no questions asked.
Fast forward 9 months, my new tenant contacts me to say he’s scared to open the cupboard and has kept the door shut for six months due to the smell and noises. We’ve since had Rentokil out to the flat and there’s a big rat problem which we’ve now paid them to resolve. BW Pest control took PS100 of my money to tell me there was no issue, the problem worsened and I’ve had to pay even more to get it resolved. Would not recommend. They appear to value fast cash over actually fixing the problem…
There seem to be many names similar to this but don’t get them confused! I live in Sanderstead and wanted to use a local business. Ben answered the phone quickly, gave me a same day appointment. He came at the time stated and within 15 minutes my wasp nest was history. Very polite and professional, would highly recommend.
