Chad was brilliant from start to finish. He was able to come out to inspect our loft for rodents on the day I contacted him and continued to come back and check on any activity we had noticed. He went above and beyond what we expected and is extremely competitive with regards to prices. Would definitely use this service again in the future if needed. Hopefully we won’t have to though! I have worked with elimination professionally now for a few years.
They are quick and efficient and we have never had any problems with them or complaints from clients. They are good at identifying the source of an issue and not just treating the problem itself.
Generally I feel they offer quite good value compared to some other pest control companies
Chad was great. We called late on a Friday night and he provided advice and arranged to come out when it suited us. He was very patient with all our questions (woodworm). On the day he arrived on time, was v polite ,friendly and very prepared. Overall we are really happy and confident he did a good job.

Discovered a wasps nest out my garden and messaged Mr Wasp (albeit a Sunday) and was greeted by the AI Hartley gave full details and then on the Wednesday another message from Hartley telling me to use someone local – I live approx 7 miles away – wasn’t even contacted by Mr Wasp! Feel it’s a really poor service and perhaps if distance is an issue this should be mentioned on his page that he does not want to travel to certain areas or the is a cap on how far he wants to travel
Fantastic service! Mr Wasp came out to help with a Bee problem in our home. He was considerate enough to keep any noise to a minimum when he found out our 1 year old was sleeping, which I thought was a very nice thing to do. He was very knowledgeable, he stung himself to show me how to safely remove a sting if our little girl was ever unfortunate enough to get stung. Very friendly guy and got the job done quickly for us. Would highly recommend.
Phoned at about 4:00. A rival service claiming 1 hour response said they couldn’t do for 3 days. As we were going away several times shortly – and wasps nests grow swiftly Mr (John ) Wasp sent a text to say he was busy on phone and would phone back which he did.he then came to the house at about 8:30 pm the same evening and dispensed with the nest swiftly. Fantastic service. Have no hesitation in recommending

We discovered a bumblebee nest underneath our kitchen on Friday, called A1 Beekeepers and they helped us really quickly, despite the fact it was over a weekend. Punctual, super professional and incredibly polite. I can’t express my gratitude. What is also very important to us – poor bumblebees were reallocated and not destroyed. Will be recommending to all of our friends!
Frank arrived and completed the job – removing a wasp nest from my guttering/roof cavity – quickly. He clearly knows his business and I felt reassured that my wasp problem is under control; and if not that Frank would come back and help at no extra cost within the next 12 months, which seems fair to me. I rang A1 Beekeepers and spoke to someone immediately (Frank’s son) who gave me a convenient appointment – I had wasps going into the cavity wall.
Frank arrived exactly on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and was on his way. Thank you Frank, it will be a sad day when you eventually retire!

Highly recommend Scott, very professional and very reliable! We phoned Scott with a problem and he came the next day, advised the best action to take and he had to come back the following week, which he did and he was super accommodating with me having to change the app days twice. Great service, wouldn’t hesitate to use again. We also wanted the job completed as discretely as possible and Scott was very accommodating and understood thoroughly.
Absolutely fantastic service from Scott and Nathan. They arrived on time, both were friendly, chatty and professional at all times. We cannot fault anything, they accommodated every concern we had and answered any queries. They have done an outstanding job and their prices were very competitive. We would highly recommend and will return if there is ever an issue in the future!

These chaps were delightful, professional, on time, fully experienced. They went above and beyond! Initially here to clean upholstery, which looks fab. We were unsure about cleaning our carpet, which had a few spills. Our worry was our carpet pile seemed to change, so they first tried a clean on a test piece. This proved to be successful with the pile. However on starting the carpet clean, Mark said he felt it was not right and advised to abort the clean. We were only charged for the upholstery clean. They went above and beyond, spent ages analysing the carpet and offering their experienced advice. We trust and respect them, and would recommend them unconditionally! A great company to use and will use them again!
Brilliant service. Arranged a slot at quite short notice with Mark being really accommodating. He used a variety of treatments to get the best possible results. He told us he wasn’t pleased with the outcome being what he’d ideal like to see, but we were delighted with the outcome given the starting point. I’d highly recommend Edward Jeffries
