We moved to a 1 acre property in March 2023. When May rolled in so did an army of mosquitoes, they were so thick some evenings you could chew them.
I thought i would give this a try and was pleasantly surprised! I was hoping for a 50% reduction, but they were nearly all gone. we all went from being chewed to bits even with bug spray to being able to eat dinner outside without bug spray with only one or two bites. My neighbours hardly went outside due to the mosquitoes. They told me they would spray this year as well.
Highly recommend for anyone who likes being outside but hates being eaten alive.

Matt from mosquito pros did a great job last year protecting our property from mosquitos. He took his time explaining the process and the chemicals he uses and how they are safe for our family. It reduced mosquitos on our property by at least 90% and we can actually use our backyard in the summer. We have hired him again this year. Thanks!

PROS:
– Great sales team, very polite and knowledgeable, eager to close a deal.
– Good deal when signing up for the year service plan, at least on paper.

CONS:
– Everything else! (a.k.a. the actual service I was supposed to get from the company)
– Signed up for a plan that covers proactive protection against a detailed list of bugs/insects/pests, 80% of the time they will only come to replace bait on mice feeding stations. The other 20% if they come would be a hit or miss.
– The few times they came to spray for crickets / wasps and also put some ant traps, treatment was not effective. Wasps still everywhere in the backyard, crickets around the house and some were even able to get into the garage, ants around the house as well.
– I was offered (4+ times on different occasions) to have a re-visit to spray again based on lack of results, they kept me waiting and never arrived.
– I was offered a discount coupon for the times they didn’t come and when they finally came and charged me for the service, they didn’t honor the coupon.
– They offered to do an interior spray in my house first week of November before temperatures drop, they wrote that in their service report. I am still waiting for that visit, although now it’s too late into the season.
– Technician came one time and wrote in his report that all the mouse bait traps were checked indoors and outdoors – this was not true (only outdoors traps were checked). When I confronted the technician about this, he said that my wife didn’t want him to check the traps inside (then why did he confirmed in the report that he did check the traps). My wife actually asked him to please check the traps inside too and he said it wasn’t necessary because the outdoor traps had noticeable activity, so the indoor traps should be full / ok. When I (again) confronted him, he said he can do it so I said OK. When he was about to come into the house he said he didn’t have protection covers for his shoes (company hasn’t provided them he said) so I have to take the bait stations out for him to check them. Great service.
– Every time they visited their only intention was to replace baits on feeding stations, which takes literally 10 minutes and then charge me for their service. During spring / summer I was the one who had to actually explicitly request a spray for seasonal bugs (of course it was noticeable they didn’t like my request, probably because it would make them stay longer at my house), sometimes even suggesting that they will come back on another day for my request (guess who never came back?).
– During my last service I submitted my complaints to their sales team, and I said I don’t want to renew for another year if this is the kind of service I get from them. The ‘great’ answer I received was ‘You know that if you cancel now you won’t be able to get the service again at the same price, correct?’ – great way to keep customers.

Still waiting for their last visit they offered for the first week of November, although at this point into the season it’s a bit pointless unfortunately. Pests / bugs / insects are seasonal and I need a control service that delivers when needed, not when they want to.

Maybe other people just pay the quarterly visit and let them do their job, without really knowing what they actually do. I am extremely disappointed with this company’s service level.

Weird experience with them recently, despite being recommended by friends.

Had them booked for a fruit fly spray. Booked it conveniently when we were leaving for a week because we had to be out of the house for a recommended 24h.

We delayed our departure for a day so that the timing would work.
Waited around all morning and they didn’t show up in the window. I called them at 11 ish and they said “they had a delay and couldn’t come to the afternoon”.

Of course I was annoyed given we had delayed our entire trip for this, and it wasn’t even going to happen now.

The plan was to reconnect when I returned.

They called me a week later (as planned) on Tuesday saying they could book us on Wednesday (the next day) and to call back if that worked [in no way did I think they booked it without my OK]. Our fruit fly issue was gone so I didn’t call back to confirm or decline the appointment. I planned on calling them a few days later to let them know, out of courtesy.

Wednesday rolls around and someone calls and says he’s “on his way” to our house… which I declined because I didn’t consent to any further treatments… he was polite – no issue with him. Even if we did have a fruit fly problem, we’d have to vacate for 4-24h regardless so a last minute booking is impossible…

Just strange booking all around.

Did not have experience with this service, however rating them poorly solely based on the experience I had today while driving. One of their employees in their company vehicle was driving extremely dangerously, weaving in and out of traffic in dangerous maneuvers. They cut in 1 foot front of my car while driving on the highway with no signal to warn of this maneuver, and I had to slam on the breaks to not crash into them as there was no adequate space to merge. If they had signaled I would have adjusted my speed to allow for a merge- like a decent human being and good driver who is considerate of others. I honked to show that they were being dangerous and nearly caused an accident and the employee stuck their hand out the window and gave me the finger. Continued to weave in and out of traffic dangerously with no consideration for other drivers, their safety and desire to make it home without harm. apparently their time is of more value than every other person who was commuting. Would not recommend just bc their drivers on the road are a hazard to others safety. They need to be instructed on safe driving tactics as well as representing their company when in a business vehicle.
