Mac is amazing! We have a 3 story home in Caledon with a very steep roof. Racoons had managed to make their way in through the roof. I had spoken to two other companies referred to me by the company that replaced our roof last year. The first one quoted over $1200 and said they could do it but never showed up. When I followed up, the owner said the roof was too steep and he didn’t have the equipment to do it. The second company would not even show up to quote unless I paid $200 upfront.

Frustrated, I luckily searched Google and found Hoover. Mac came to my house the next day and gave me a great quote. He put in the one-way trap door two days later, and was back 8 days later to seal up the hole. He has guaranteed his work for 4 years! Amazing service and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks so much Mac. We had such a great experience with Hoover Environmental Group! Raccoons recently found their way into our newly renovated home. We had trouble finding someone to clean our gutters and when we called Hoover Environmental Group they said they would come and give us a free quotation. Mac came and we had him clean the gutters and install a guard to prevent leaves from getting in. He cleaned the gutters and did not leave a mess behind.
