Discovering an infestation 9th dec after coming through a hole in house trying to identify them was dificult soon learned ther active at night greenleaf sent Craig thats when my life and home slowly destroyed infront of me basically i showed craid pic etc he diddnt have a clue showed him a casebearing moth cocoon he said thats fluff perfect fluff to me then showing the damage he done 1 spray next visit showed him more even a tub i put infested wood into can see wood mites etc he ok and binned it im confused but hes the professional my house is showing more damge daily but cant see them at night can hear things in walls freaking me out prepairing food in my new air fryer unknown its crawling as im cuttin into my food im noticing odd things its now clear i kept them to show him also larve shells etc and a bunch of weird flied dead on floor he looked arranged another spray them my housing call advising that craig whos is meant to stop the infestation is becoming the biggest pest ive dealt with so he reported that my house has fruit flies ive had fruit flies as these were dead showing people the pic im being told there fungus gnats flies there way diffrent in size and coloour how can he do that so now my housing taking HIS advice my bedroom wallpaper bubbling i pull it half my walls on the floor wtaf videoing the bugs craig re attends denying saying that to my housing little parasite he is i asked do u recognise these bugs he said hard to see im not gifted with bug vision as im the only one who can see them months i was up videoing setting traps googling them my life all about bugs my house is smelling awful carpets chewed every corner brown things appearing from nowhere laminate flooring fibres showing wtaf got to the stage i had it i ripped hall carpets up bug holes under underlay lifted the laminate burned it all then cracking noises in my bead board the beds burnt little holes over furniture upstairs bedroom under bed 2 massive holes i had carpet beetles clothes moths wood mites spider mites clove mites red and black loads of fishtails and odd looking things my kitchen worktops collapsed bathroom flooring destroyed also units can actually hear them after 4 weeks housing sent a new contractor within 5 mins he could identify just looking at damage finally people believing me my family were so worried the considerd sectioning me ive lost the house i spent years building furniture destroyed heart broken as my leather couch belonged to my dad who is no longer here all this damage to my home my life is so bad im prescribed sleeping pills and anxiety pills been staying at a friends 2 bed flat with my 3 kids dog and hamster because of that little infested creep im confused wondering was there an agenda or is he working without any bugs knowledge and dispensing dangerous chemicals without identification i mailed his company showing them what ive lost not a reply nothing ive been hearing some not good feedback about craig and greenleaf my house is now being repaired walls re plasterd etc but my dads couch was unreplaceble this man is a worse type of parasite than household type hes been reprted to every standards agency i can find he ruined my life its my turn now
I found a large wasp’s nest near to where my children were playing in the garden and gave local company Greenleaf a call on a Sunday morning to sort it as soon as possible during the week.
Laurie was round and had quickly dealt with the nest by lunchtime and provided a professional and well valued service, (after looking at online estimates of other companies).

I called on a Friday after noticing what turned out to be a wasp nest in our facia board. Andy managed to make space to come over the following evening which I was extremely grateful of.
Once he got here he thoroughly inspected the nest to make sure it wasn’t Ivy bees and once satisfied he quickly went to work. The nest has now been destroyed and he even offered advice on how to minimise the risk of this happening again.
Andy was very friendly and professional throughout the process and even offered to come back for free the following day if the nest wasn’t completely cleared after treatment.
I would thoroughly recommend his services and will be calling again if we have any further problems in the future.
Very good with a lot of knowledge and able to put our minds at rest about the steps we were taking. Checked and diagnosed the problem and identified species which narrowed down what could be achieved. No current pests and on standby to return if needed but I doubt that will now be necessary. Very impressed and respectful of the property and room with the pest problem and will call again as where we live has a lot of activity.
Andy is brilliant ! His first visit was really prompt and he followed up with us regularly to check on progress. Andy fully respected our property and managed to help us with a mole problem really quickly and with minimal impact on the garden. He also shared tons of knowledge with me and clearly loves his work. Andy is obviously sincere, hard working and reliable – I genuinely could not recommend him highly enough.

Very thorough service provided, although mice were identified in two or three locations within the building, the whole property was checked as an extra measure. Bait and traps positioned in the best places; care and attention taken to avoid “nosy doggies” interfering with. There was general consideration of my home and advice provided. I know that now mice have entered the property once, they will be back at some future date, but I also know the best people to contact in Control Solutions Pest Control.
Excellent service. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The owner was always kind, very friendly, well informed and professional. He will come as many times as are necessary, until he is satisfied the pest problem has gone- all for an agreed fixed price. I called Ben on New Years day, and despite already being busy due to the time of year he found time to come out to us the next day. He took time to offer reassurance and good advice, equipping us to deal with our rodent problem. The outcome was six dead mice and a happy peaceful household. I brought a defender jet spray cat and fox repellent unfortunately I broke it. I required a part for this product and they sent a part out to me. I was served by a gentleman called Jonny. Bought ant killer product code stv953 It kills ants ok but it does NOT tell you NOT to use on grass or it will kill it. There is even a picture on the bottle of ants on a green background!! Call centre said Oh yes should’nt be used on grass!! Rote to MD but didn’t get a reply!!!!!

Contacted Eraserpest after an infestation of wasps over our front door. James called me back within minutes and promised to call me back after he had contacted his operative. He called back and said she would be with us within the hour. She came within half an hour and sprayed the area, all seems ok. Great speedy service. I highly recommend this company.
I had a mouse issue in my garage, utility room and kitchen which the technician sorted very quickly and efficiently. It hasn’t returned (touch wood it will stay that way!) as a number of potential entry points were identified and dealt with and blocked. Overall a very good service and a nice, friendly technician too.
Really impressed with James and his business. He came to have a look at what I thought were bees in the airbrick as soon as I contacted him, informed me they were wasps and dealt with them straightaway. James is professional and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Went shopping for a new laptop (Chromebook) here for our grandmother. We had picked one we were interested in in advance on the website. The staff were patient and helpful in allowing us to take it out of the box to make sure gran was comfortable with the laptop before we decided to purchase. Friendly, polite and helpful! All done, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great stuff
Waited 40 minutes after the pick up time while my item was “brought round from the back” when it arrived it looked like they’d kicked it round the warehouse. I’ve been using Argos for years but it’s gone downhill and become pointless. I’ll just use another internet site with delivery from now on. Argos has had its day!

Car park here is abysmal. When you finally get into the store and most often than not it doesn’t have what you want. Most of the time the price sticker under the item I want to buy isn’t correct and I get misled and shocked at the till. Other than that it’s just a company trying to do everything. Jack of all trades, master of none etc. Then leaving is painful. Hopefully it’ll become a Wickes one day
My first time in there and I found brilliant deal for PS13 it was like 2 small paint brushes , 2 large and loads of cutting tools I was cheffed to bits! They didn’t have diffusers but they have everything else and cheap!!!

We had a really serious mouse problem. We trapped and tried poison etc ourselves. It got so bad that I didn’t feel comfortable in my own home. Contacted Brad, he came out to us as soon as he could. Always phoned ahead to let us know when he was coming, each time. He was very friendly and helpful and soon traced the areas they were getting in and sealed them. He also said he would keep me posted as going to my neighbours, as looks like root of the problem. I now feel more comfortable, just wish I’d called him sooner. Would highly recommend Brad to anyone.
Brad came 2 days after we called as it was a weekend and he assured us on the phone our wasp nest in the shed would be fine as long as we kept away . He was extremely friendly and explained how the wasps made the nest etc. He has a great personality and was very happy to help. Hopefully we won’t have to call him anytime soon but if we ever have a pest ,or need advice we wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch.
