Nice until you’ve signed a contract and paid money for a kitchen, say to contact them if there’s any issues. They don’t respond to phone calls or messages for months or address issues when they arise. Then deny they were made aware of issues when they are clearly documented and calls are supposedly recorded. Dishonest and rude.
It is very hot today, I was horrified to see at 2pm how dry most of the plants were and how many dried up specimens they were trying to sell on offer. Girl at desk said she’d watered them this am …. Don’t think they had had very much .. if you haven’t got staff to look after them don’t sell them.
Fantastic staff when popping in Sunday morning for a Click & Collect order. All were friendly and helpful with a particular shout out to Ethan, who was kind enough to make sure I got a great deal. Thanks!
