Aardige kerel beleeft en weet wat hij doet. Ik zou hem zeker nog eens laten komen als ik weer last zou hebben van ongedierte.
We hadden een wespennest thuis in de schuur. Mike gebeld en binnen de kortste keren was het nest al weg. Erg vriendelijke man!
Voor een volgende keer zal ik hem weer bellen
Snelle service, en zeker een aanrader. Een telefoontje en dezelfde dag werd het nest op een professionele manier bestreden. Daarna geen last meer gehad van de wespen.

Erwin heeft ons zeer goed geholpen. Bij Dieseko Group BV te Sliedrecht maken we al een paar jaar gebruik van de diensten van Erwin.
Na een inspectie hebben we in goed overleg stappen uitgevoerd om het ongedierte op een praktische en betaalbare manier te bestrijden. de adviezen zijn uitgevoerd en een onderhoud wordt netjes bijgehouden. Hierdoor hebben we binnen Dieseko controle gekregen over de plaagdieren zoals muizen en ratten. Erwin is een zeer vakkundig persoon en betrouwbaar. Afspraak is afspraak en de klantvriendelijkheid staat hoog in het vaandel. We hebben de samenwerking verder uitgebreid met een onderhoudscontract bij ons dochterbedrijf Woltman te Giessenburg. Ik verwacht komende jaren op een prettige manier verder samen te kunnen werken en kan hem zeker aanbevelen.
Zo blij dat ik Erwin heb ingeschakeld. Hij is erg professioneel, weet waar hij over praat en geeft niet op totdat het probleem ook daadwerkelijk opgelost is. Hij is duidelijk in de communicatie, komt afspraken na en weet van aanpakken. Na maanden gedoe zijn wij na het inschakelen van Erwin nu echt van het probleem af. Ik raad hem ten zeerste aan !
Erwin heeft ons echt uit de brand geholpen met een bedwantsen plaag in huis. Na een overnachting in een hotel deze vreselijke beestjes gratis mee naar huis gekregen. Ik dacht ze zelf geruimd te hebben maar ze kwamen terug.
Erwin heeft goed uitgelegd wat de behandeling inhoud. Naderhand een belletje hoe het gaat, helemaal top!

Op zondag een wespennest ontdekt en omdat ze aangaven bereikbaar te zijn meteen gebeld en een afspraak gemaakt voor de volgende dag om het wespennest te bestrijden. Omdat ik een eigen kinderopvang aan huis heb waren ze bereid om pas te komen nadat alle kinderen ‘s avonds opgehaald waren. Bestrijder Tom was allervriendelijkst en kwam nog met goede adviezen voor na de bestrijding ivm spelende kinderen in de tuin. Na de bestrijding ook geen wespen meer in/uit het nest zien vliegen. Mocht ik ooit weer last hebben van ongedierte zou ik zeer zeker weer gebruik maken van hun diensten.

Zijn snel geholpen, werd netjes een half uur van te voren gebeld.
Zowel voor als na het bestrijden goed ingelicht waar we op moesten letten.
Ook een goede garantie mocht het nest toch niet helemaal wel zijn.
Zelfs onze jongste zoon vond het zeer interessant, hij mocht meekijken met het gereed maken en halen van de spullen.
En had een prima plekje vanachter het glas tijdens het bestrijden.

Net onder de goot, hoog op het dak en wespennest gevonden. Toen wij belden kon er 1 dag later al iemand komen. Netjes een half uur van tevoren gebeld om te melden dat hij eraan kwam. Samen met Jan bedachten we een plannetje om veilig bij de hoge dakpannen te komen. Super goed gelukt! Zeer vriendelijk en kundig geholpen, volgens afgesproken prijs. Na een paar uur al minder activiteit in het nest. Wij zijn blij!!

I cannot thank and praise this company enough. We found wasps in my sons room over a period of days and called Pestec at 08:00 on a Tuesday morning. By 13:00 they had visited us and managed to locate the nest (not in our house) and treat both the source and potential risk points in our house. Manfred was super professional, really helpful and really took his time to make sure that he treated the wasps in the right way to get rid of them. He was also so kind as to check for entry points into the baby’s room to ensure that we would have piece of mind as to what we needed to close before the baby moves back in in a few days. I cannot thank this brilliant company enough. If there were an 11/10 rating – I would give this. Thank you Manfred and Team!
We called PESTEC for silverfish problem. They kindly came and delivered the service. The person who did the application was polite and friendly. However the solution did not work and silverfish continue as before. I asked the company for their advice and they came and did the application again. Great company and good to know that they are behind you until the problem is solved !
Ik ben tevreden met de service van Pestec. Onlangs had ik een ernstig probleem met muizen.. Vanaf het eerste contact met Pestec was ik onder de indruk…Hij nam de tijd om mij uit te leggen welke stappen hij zou ondernemen en waarom.

Secuur, vriendelijk, deskundig en punctueel. Werden de volgende dag al geholpen! De bestrijding werd goed gedaan en er werd zelfs breder gekeken of het probleem wellicht op meerdere plekken zich voordeed. Ook werd er heel netjes gewerkt en deed Alex zelfs zijn schoenen binnen uit!! Super beleefd en vriendelijk. Goede adviezen en duidelijke communicatie! Bijvoorbeeld dat het probleem wellicht niet opgelost is met deze aanpak. Daar houd ik van: geen beloftes, maar duidelijke taal. En zeer betaalbaar! Echt aan te raden!
Ontevreden, omdat mijn aangebrachte vogelwering onder de dakpannen totaal geen effect heeft gehad. Meerdere bewoners in mijn straat delen dezelfde ervaring met Alex. Blijkbaar ben ik geen uitzondering, maar wel de enige die vooralsnog een review achterlaat. Rechtsbijstand is al ingeschakeld heb ik begrepen, en ik sluit het ook niet uit.
Via WhatsApp heb ik een bericht gestuurd en binnen een half uur kreeg ik reactie met prijsopgave en hij kon de volgende dag komen. Sander was keurig op tijd en heeft het wespennest vakkundig bestreden. Topservice.

This is the first time I have faced discriminative behavior in the Netherlands and I feel very frustrated about it !!! I contacted this firm 3 weeks ago about a mice problem in our kitchen. The agent in their call center told me that firstly they do an inspection for 110 euros and after that, they will send their offer if there is a need for any necessary work to block holes in the kitchen. One day later they came for an inspection, put some mice poison and I paid 110 euros as requested. Then, they sent their offer via mail. I didn’t accept their offer because I found it too high. However, a week later they came to my door saying it was a follow-up appointment. I thought it was free appointment to check the poisons they put. At the end of the check (they just looked at the poisons they put to understand if they were consumed), the person coming from the firm asked me to pay 110 euros again. I replied him I was not informed about this payment and appointment. He was a kind person and shared the number of their call center. When I called the call center, the agent told me that they always inform customers that they do 2 appointments each for 110 euros whether I accept their offer or not after the first inspection. And she confessed that they might have missed conveying this information as they spoke English with me on the phone. I said this was not my fault they misinformed me. The reply I got was shocking for me ” she said then learn Dutch” and hung up the phone on me. The guy coming from the firm witnessed the call and he was very shocked as well. He told me he couldn’t speak on behalf of other employees in their firm however he mentioned he was sorry about my experience. I paid 110 euros to him mentioning I would pursue my consumer rights. Now after an hour, I still feel very frustrated about my experience. I don’t care about the money but the attitude was very rude. No one else should experience this behavior. I’ll talk to a lawyer to learn my consumer rights and what I can do to prevent this firm from showing a similar attitude towards someone else.
Stay away from this unprofessional company. After seeing some mice droppings in our new house, I called their service to have an inspection. They sent someone. He barely checked the house. He only looked at one place with old droppings and checked under the kitchen counter. After I asked specifically, he checked the rest of the house and was just glancing at the rooms. When I first called them, I was told that I had to pay 110Euro including the first visit + treatment on the same day and then a second visit to check the poison. I have to pay extra to block holes if there are holes. When they sent the offer, I was asked to pay for the holes but in addition another 110 Euros for the second visit. Considering the quality of the investigation on the first visit, for what I am going to pay another 110 Euros. When I called them, the lady on the phone was very rude. I am an expat living in Amsterdam for a year. She kept saying that since I don’t speak Dutch, I misunderstood, although we had spoken English since the beginning. She even told me to learn Dutch and call them. How is it related to speaking Dutch? Eventually, she hung up. Disappointing experience.
Only nice thing is the friendly guy that came by on location every time we had some issues. Always did nice business with the company, until someone in their head office had a bad day and decide they didn’t want to work together with us anymore. We had a issue in the past with payments that were missed but we solved this already in a proffesional way. 1,5 year later they still complain about this when we had a new pest problem for them. The lady on the phone is the worst of all. We switched pestcontrol comapny now. This is my experience!

I am very satisfied with the services provided by RACO. After a business trip, I discovered I had brought bedbugs into my room when I noticed a few bites and found a dead bedbug on the floor near my bed. RACO took the time to listen to my concerns, share their feedback and advice, and were transparent about their methods and pricing. They proposed an action plan with clear instructions on how to prepare my room before the treatment.
Having contacted different pest exterminators, I chose RACO due to their excellent communication, honesty, quick intervention, and competitive quality/price ratio. Before and after the treatment, they were also very responsive to all my questions and concerns, even outside of working hours. This was especially important to me as I am an anxious person. They also agreed to come on a bank holiday as an exception to accommodate my busy work schedule. I am confident that one treatment was enough to eliminate the bedbugs.
I am truly grateful for their professionalism and I highly recommend their services!
I had a serious problem with bed bugs in my apartment a few months ago and Gabriel did an amazing job getting rid of them (mostly!) My case was quite severe, so I may actually need another follow-up treatment soon but I want to call out Gabriel’s commitment and desire to actually help someone, and not just do a job for money. He did what a more reputed pest control company could not do. I’m glad I reached out to him and after seeing the results of his work, I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone dealing with bed bug issues.
Update: it now has been 1,5 months since I found the last bedbug. It seems that the treatment worked.

I paid for an inspection and the result of it was just a total lost of money and time. Rentokil is not professional and doesn’t know how to manage clients support. The guy that did the inspection at my home took some insects samples with him and told me that after an analysis he will let me know what treatment to do. Result: he totally disappear and the office of rentokil was not able to put me in contact with him or with a manager to have a refund. They said we will let you know and time passed and no answers!
I had to send some pictures of the insects by email to a different operator even if I paid for the inspection and after few weeks waiting I discovered which type of insects I have at home! Now I am trying finally to do the treatment, since the situation became much worst then the beginning in the house and still none is contacting me to schedule a day for the treatment. It’s a total lose of money and time, just avoid this company! They don’t know how to manage clients and they just said they will let you know but they will never do. Stay Away from them if you don’t want to lose money, time and get a worst situation at home.
Like many people I was anxious about having mice in my apartment. Rentokil team are particularly passionate about ensuring your home is protected and equipped against pests and strive to find root causes vs. just setting out traps. Robin thoroughly inspected my apartment, identified holes in the walls that the mice were coming through, sealed them shut, and developed a strategy on how to keep them out for good. After they sealed the holes the mice have not been back! They also do two follow ups which is great. Thank you Robin and Rentokil team!
Rentokil in Netherlands is a scam!!! When they came for the first time they say I have to get into a one year contract, and after one year. They said it’s two year. Even though I emailed them many time months before to confirm my contract expiry. They (staff name: Charel Na) took 6 months to reply. And I have called more than 10 time and nobody could help me. Customer service could never help. This is day light robbery. Avoid at all cost or do not go into contract.

Poor service. Called the service because I have problem with mouse in my kitchen. They come first time closed one hole and put poison. The problem was not solved, they came second time found another hole and closed, again the mouse still showing up. Now they claim if I want them to come to check again I have to pay 80 euros. I called them to fix my problem which they didnt , now they refuse to come and do another check, considering they didnt close all the holes with the first visit I can only imagine it might be more holes they didnt see. I just wasted my money and still with the mouse in my house.
This service is Okay but I do not think it is worth for 255 euros. She inspected our house and blocked all possible the entry points and also kept poison to kill mice. But, Mice did not eat them. I had closed all my food and cleaning floors twice a day. but still they did not eat the poison. May be our bad luck.
So, none of the mice got killed due to the poison. Ultimately, we trapped them in a glue pad. We trapped 14 mice. However, she visited our house 3 times, which is good but I still do think that this service is quite expensive and should not charge more than 100 euros.
