Excellent service!! Priscilla was very responsive , I contacted them in the morning before 8 am for a mice infestation, at 1 pm she was at my house… she examined all the exterior in details and scrutinity, provided many counselling on how to prevent mices from entering the house again, with detailed descriptions on the products and how and where to apply them and to buy…
The result was seen in less than one hour with a mice already dead on the floor…

She explained also what are the products and action used inside the house to exterminate them.

She took her time at her visit.

I will refer them without no doubt.

I suspected that I had bedbug problem in my basement so I called 3-4 exterminators in my area, one quoted me for over $1,000, another one told me they can’t tell me how much the treatment would cost unless I pay for the inspection first.
I am so glad I found Insecta.. Priscilla came the same day to look around and determined it was actually only cockroach problem. She’s professional, kind and sincere, even offered to come back the third time just to make sure. I couldn’t be happier with the service. No wonder they only have 5 star reviews!

I was in a panic (mouse issue) and called them…no answer so I hung up and Pamela called me back 15minutes before closing and I didn’t even left a message!!! She calmed me down, and squeezed me in for a service the next morning! She was so professional and empathetic and bilingual which is always a plus for me! The next morning Priscilla came 30 minutes earlier and took care of business. These women are just amazing, so calm, knowledgeable, thorough, professional, efficient and detailed. WOULD RECOMMEND 1000%… worth every penny.

They came by for the first application of poison for a wasp nest and were supposed to return 3 weeks after for the 2nd application of poison. They never returned and never returned my calls. Finally on the 4th week I missed their call on a Monday and reached them Thursday (after calling each day). They told me I would have to restart the process and pay again for the first application of poison, hopefully they see this comment and make it right.

Don’t use the services of this company. I paid more that $400 for nothing. They sprayed my house, but spiders are everywhere where. It’s just a waste of money and non- effective product. It’s a very expensive company with the lease effectiveness. I don’t recommend it. Yesterday, I called them to complain about the situation, the guy on the other line was not helpful.

I had an emergency and they sent someone right away! They explained precisely on the phone what are the next steps for the treatments and it was done with 2 treatments. The technician that came also gave me tips and advices to avoid other casualties! I recommend to everyone! Thank you again 🙂
