Very impressed with the professionalism from BPC today. Went and checked in the loft, out on the roof. Targeted the exact spot for two treatments. Excellent health and safety. He wasn’t in a rush to spray the roof with a 5 meter pole and run, like I’ve experienced from other companies over the years. Highly recommended!
Called on Monday morning for an appointment and the owner was lovely on the phone. He quickly arranged an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and helped me get rid on silverfish. He was very professional, friendly, down to earth and the prices are decent. Would defo recommend him to others. Go ahead and book him now!

After hearing noises coming from our walls we called Jim late on a Saturday about a suspected rat problem. He came round the next day to inspect the walls and took a look in our attic for us, he then gave us some advice about how to solve our problem and was very knowledgeable about the matter. After hearing the noises again late in the evening, I called Jim in a bit of a panic, and he was over in 15 minutes or so. He helped us deal with the problem quickly and easily and we have had no issues since. Jim then stopped by a couple of weeks later just to double check that the problem was solved and there had been no further issues. I could not recommend Jim highly enough, his response time is incredibly quick, he is very friendly and knowledgeable. If we ever have any issues again, Jim will be our first port of call!
I cannot recommend Jim highly enough. After we discovered some very smelly droppings under a unit in our kitchen, Jim came out within the hour and quickly diagnosed our worst fears- a rat. Jim was fantastic in dealing with it and coping with our hysteria! He is brilliant at getting the job done with minimal fuss, very knowledgeable and very responsive to our increasingly frantic calls and messages as the smell got worse. He is also extremely reasonable for the level of service that he offers. We would have been in such a mess without Jim. He really is the man to go to if you have a pest problem. Jim- you are an absolute star!!! Not all heroes wear capes!! Thank you so much.

We had issues with what we thought were mice or rats, and had the council come over once several months ago which seemed to fix the issue for a while. But then we had them come back.
Enquired on the Willis website late one evening and got a call the following day first thing. Clear scope of work and quote, and had Gary come out later that day. He spent a good hour or so with us inspecting the area and looking for what may have been happening, and fortunately we had some video footage from a ring camera I’d setup and straight away Gary knew it was rats.
Gary’s been back 2 times now as we’ve been working with different techniques to get the critters, and seems like we’ve cracked it now. All of this was included in the first quote and price I was given.
Now we seem to have eliminated the rats, Gary has scoped out proofing work to try and ensure this doesn’t happen again in future (unlike the time we had the council come out).
Can’t recommend Gary enough. Really thorough, great comms (we’ve messaged regularly throughout the weeks including when I had new videos that I’d send him of the critter), and we’ve solved the problem – albeit he had to try a few different options but there was never any doubt in Gary’s mind that he’d solve it in the end!
So if you have any issues with critters, Gary & Willis are the ones to call.
If I could give a 0 star then that would be the best way to sum up our experience with Willis.
Willis were a fantastic Pest Control Company at one time. A Technician from Willis helped almost eradicate all our pest issues in 2020. He was absolutely brilliant, a complete gem. I even tipped him PS20. However, this time we had a Technician who called himself an honest man, but he lied to me, my wife, my kids and in front of the Manager at the Council and has insulted our integrity. How could you? Shame on you!
Thankfully, the council witnessed how the Technician kept changing his tune. I couldn’t understand why the Technician had lied and what he would have benefitted from not telling the truth, as they would have been the first company we would have appointed to eradicate any further issues. I’ve put over PS2,500 aside for Willis to sort out our kitchen with future further proofing. However, looks like they are incapable, if they can’t simply speak the truth from smelling sewer gas during a survey.
Anyway, goodbye to Willis. I would much prefer spending our hundreds and thousands of pounds elsewhere. They are not worth the money or the insult.
Absolutely fantastic and speedy service. Called with a rodent issue at my Mother’s, and within 20 minutes Dan was there.
As I don’t live near her, but me being the main contact, he kept me updated throughout the initial investigation, then what he had done, and then to go through all the details and safety documents. Also, when the work was done, went through the invoice with me. Turns out it is rats that have been getting in the house and chewing plastic pipes to the washing machine and generally being a nuisance.
Absolutely spot on, superb service and customer care at extremely late notice on a Saturday.

We had a mystery noise in the loft and were recommended by another pest control company to get in touch with Gino. He was very responsive and rearranged his calendar to get to us at short notice. He was here for around 30mins, identified the source of the noise and was able to block the entry points. Price was reasonable too. I would definitely use Gino in future if needed!
Just used GCB Falconry and Pest Solutions Ltd to deal with a wasp nest that we had in an inaccessible roof void. I phoned at 8:40am and Gino was with us in 4 minutes! I rang them to explain my elderly mother in law was having a major issues with ants nests internally as well as externally to her property. All costs were explained on the phone to me as well as the work that would be carried out. I explained it was urgent and had Jack arrive to carry out the proposed work. My mother in law was instantly put at ease by a very polite and professional man! All work was carried out as described and the cost was as agreed. Excellent and professional service. Steve and Jack were very efficient in getting rid of the squirrels in my loft. It was a very stressful situation to be in but through visiting my property on a regular basis the job was dealt with quickly and effectively. The two month guarantee also puts your mind at rest and I would highly recommend this company.

Amazing service! I was extremely anxious having discovered a wasp nest in my loft. I contacted Wasp control Services. I left a message and received a prompt call back from Sam who arranged to visit my property. Sam arrived on time and was extremely professional and friendly. The nest was removed, I knew exactly the call out fee and there were no hidden extras! I highly recommend this company. Super, efficient, friendly and reliable.

Would 100% recommend this company Sam came out to my elderly neighbour to sort out a wasp nest in the loft. She previously had had another company come out who charged her PS108, didn’t solve the issue and vanished in to thin air. Sam was excellent, suited up, cracked open the nest and treated it and we haven’t seen a wasp since and he charged an excellent price. If only we had called him first.
Sam was polite and very efficiant (I phoned him in the morning and the job was done in the afternoon 🙂 ).
His pricing is excellant. He completed the job and explained the process and what to expect after the job had been done. I would highly reccommend this company. I would definately use them again if required in the future.
