This is the second time I have used Corder to deal with damp in a second room in my house. It was a no brainer using them again as their knowledge of damp solutions and workmanship is second to none. It is just so hard these days finding reliable workmen. They are easy to have around, always go the extra mile and fair from a cost point of view. If you have damp issues, these guys will know what to do and try to find solutions that fits your budget.
Great experience. Explained everything to me in understandable language. Gave options for not doing work , as well as work that would fix the problem ( Damp in bay window) also gave me advice for another part of the house which didn’t require damp proofing ( a nice thing to hear!) . Work carried out when planned, with no hiccoughs , great communication and no big mess left behind. Would highly recommend.
CRS did a very professional job for me, on budget and on time. When I met Lee to discuss the quote I felt confident that he was very knowledgeable and had my best interests at heart – definitely not the case with all the quotes I got! I wasn’t there when the work was being done, but they kept me up to date by email and when I got back it was all completely finished and cleaned up. Highly recommend.
