Although we were fairly sure we had a problem with a wasps nest… we chose ‘The Lady Mole Catcher’ to deal with our problem because she rescues bees and we wanted to be sure there could be no risk of a mistaken identity, resulting in a precious bee swarm being destroyed.

We live in an old house and hadn’t really had much trouble with rats until recently. One day there was a rat in one of our cupboards in the sink, we contacted Louise and she came same day with her dog. She found the entrance where they were getting in and put down some traps and different kinds of poison in various places. The rat took the bait and was dead within 3 days of her coming. Gosh, what an amazing lady Louise is. I messaged regarding bees coming down our chimney and within 5 minutes we were on a call, with Louise asking questions and then explaining exactly what our issue was and giving me advice there and then about how to solve it. Having just moved into a property which had been treated 15 years ago for woodworm by Command Pest Control, we felt that there may still be some activity in a small area on one of the beams. We called Command and they could not have been more helpful. They visited us the same day, and did not feel there was any need for concern but for our peace of mind, returned 2 days later to re-treat the area. We could not have asked for more and will most certainly use them again on a property we are renovating. Would recommend without reservation.
I had a wasp problem and was worried as I thought there was a nest, I called them Monday 9am and they booked me in the next day.
When they turned up the chap was professional, and explain everything he was doing and why the wasps were there and how the treat it. I was very happy with the service, and was left feeling confident the problem was dealt with effectively and efficiently.
I had woodworm loft treatment in march 21. The bill was paid promptly. I still have not received the 30 year guarantee after about 10 phone calls. I’m not sure the work was even completed now as they had access via key safe. Is the roof now unstable due to untreated woodworm?

A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with a Rat keep coming in our garden. Me and my daughters were too scared to go into the garden. I found pest off mobile number online, so i sent a text message to ask about a qoute. I was very suprised how quickly i recieved a reply straight away. Nigel came out the next day and laid some traps. 2 weeks passed and the Rat was caught havent had a problem since touch wood. I cannot praise this company enough. The man who runs it was really quick to come out to us and did a brilliant job. After a visiting family member’s dog left us with fleas after his visit, we were being bitten horribly. We tried to sort the problem ourselves with sprays, but we were not winning the fight. PestOff were speedy, professional and really caring about getting everything sorted perfectly for us. Highly recommended.

I have had other pest control out in the past , but this was by the far the best. I would highly recommend NBC . Craig Ellis was so thorough and identified the problem area very quickly . No one before had ever moved anything or dared to inspect in such detail. The problem was resolved pretty quickly , so no need for endless visits as with previous companies . Excellent work . If I ever need help again , I would definitely go with NBC , with a special request for Craig, who gave such good advice . Well done NBC
Phil Holmes came out to us only 24 hours after I called. Kept me updated on eta which was helpful. He was polite, knowledgable and professional and so far seems to have sorted the issue.
He’s back to re-inspect in 10 days but he reassuringly said that if I needed to bring that appointment forward I could just call him to do that. Very flexible and helpful service.
Patrick attended the site 3 times over a 6 week period – always on time and very professional in his approach with detail inspection of the root cause before applying extermination process.
He explained what action to take to avoid repeat of this issue and potential causes. Really pleased with 5 star service thank you so much

Would recommend Andy and AMP without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly. Explained everything to rid us of our unwelcome furry visitors and just as he said they were gone after his work. Discreet … No arriving in big vans advertising to your neighbours you have a problem so thank you. Andy was extremely helpful in ridding us of a rat problem that had consistently returned over a number of months. We’d tried other Pest Control companies who had baited the problem areas, only for the rats to return a few months later.
Andy was able to identify the root-cause of the problem (rats entering through a sewer inlet) and fix the issue both in the long term and in the short term. A great job, many thanks Andy.

Had an issue with Pests that had been going on for over a year, had called previous pest control people out but to little effect. Called Chris on recommendations and he came out within a couple of hours. He knew where to look and what to do, he was thorough and explained absolutely everything in detail, about what he was going to do and why.
He gave advice and answered my multiple questions with patience.
Chris carries products on him so no waiting around for things to arrive.
He did two visits and had sorted the problem that others couldn’t.
I would highly recommend him and would not be using anyone else should I need pest control again. Thank you Chris
After being quoted by installers a silly amount of money for bird protection for my solar panels. I decided to seek quotations, CRC were quick to reply to my answer phone message and after a quick conversation with Chris and sending over some photos and dimensions I was quickly given a price that was fair and for good quality product with a very good guarantee. They arrived promptly on day of fitting, introduced themselves and went amongst completing the task at hand. I would recommend to anyone.

I visited Martins Hi-Fi earlier today, what a showroom, it was like being a kid in a sweet shop!
I have a viewing booked to listen to some REL T7’s in the listening room. I was met by Ian, who makes a lovely cuppa, nice one Ian!
My meeting was with Steve Forrest, i have to say, what this person doesn’t know, probably isn’t worth knowing! I sat in the listening room for around an hour, listening to music, and discussing various music related topics.
I have come away a very happy bunny, and know I need to part with some cash on these beautiful sounding pieces of audio equipment. Nice on Ian & Steve, will look forward to seeing you both in the not too distant!
Exceptional service from Jack and everyone at Martins. These guys know their stuff and are not merely “box shifters”. They are also clearly music fans.
Their home demo service is second to none, and allowed us to find some lovely Spendor Classic 4/5s to suit our small living room, which could present too much bass with some other speakers we tried.
We also purchased the dedicated Spendor stands and a Solidsteel VL-3 rack.
Will definitely use Martins again for future purchases. Can’t really fault them.

If you are looking for a pest controller, look no further. We are so fortunate to have found Richard to help us with our hornet problem in our loft space. We have a roofer coming in a few weeks and needed to make the site safe for them to work in, otherwise we would have likely left the nest to run it’s course. With little time before the planned works on the roof, Richard was able to help with very little notice & we are extremely grateful for his expertise. Richard is extremely knowledgeable and has a wealth of experience in all pest control, he was extremely friendly and only too happy to share his knowledge. It feels rare to find a tradesman so passionate about their work these days. The task at hand was completed in no time at all leaving no mess. In the following days, Richard contacted us to ensure there were no returning hornets and that we were satisfied with the work, he offered to return to treat the nest again for free if there were any issues. Of course there were no issues at all & our problem has been resolved without any fuss, just in time for the roof contractors to carry out their work.

Fantastic service from Richard. I was so stressed out by my wasp nest that I rang at 7.23 am. Richard was so kind and reassuring that I immediately stopped worrying. I was recommended Richard and the team at East Anglian Pest Control by a friend when I needed urgent removal of a wasp’s nest that had sprung up next to our front door. Rude. After 5 visits, yes 5! We still have a problem. I called up again as we heard noises in our loft, I raised (politely) my concerns that this would be the sixth visit and they still haven’t found how the rogue rat is getting in or coming from. This is the third rat that has found its way into our loft (terrace houses). Well Nick the “tech manager” did not “appreciate my criticism” and “if I don’t trust them go somewhere else” and “I’ll need to spend money to fix the problem” considering between two houses they’ve had OVER PS500 my question was frankly valid. I’m not talking infestation here a singluar rogue rat keeps finding its way in. All they’ve done is put traps down and caught/killed each time but hasn’t actually resolved the issue. I am 7months pregnant with a toddler at home they are full away of my situation and stress. Some difficult conversations and empathy training needed maybe. Didn’t help we had a different attendee all the time and had to start from scratch. Will not be using again. Oddly they also refused to go into our loft where we are hearing the noises
We had an infestation with flies during this recent hot weather, the team were really helpful and Nick gave me really good advice , it transpired a pigeon had fallen down the chimney high up on a ledge, after much cleaning out and after a few days the flies dissipated as he said they would. It was really awful dealing with this situation and he gave me such support and I felt confident I could tackle this problem as it took me 4 days to tackle i.
