Called this company regarding a potential bed bug infestation. It was diagnosed as a bed bug infestation without proper inspection. No receipt was given or report outlining the severity of the infestation, or how we should monitor it. The fumigation did not work and this company have responded rudely when I have contacted them asking if they could come back / why it hasn’t worked. First of all they said I shouldn’t be getting bitten anymore and it might be a previous reaction from bites. 3.5 weeks later, after a bed bug bite diagnoses from my GP, they said oh but it could take up to 4 weeks for them all to die – which is conflicting info from other pest control companies. Peter has now refused to come back out and spray again despite the fact the issue is not resolved, as well as not telling me what chemicals were used. They have been rude and unprofessional, please avoid because they just want quick cash.

Excellent fast service. Both are knowledgeable and friendly as well as explaining everything every step and I have no issues any more. Thank you to grove PST control highly recommend this service.
