Compagnie qui ne porte pas bien son nom. J’appelle pour un nid de guepe a enlever sous mon pation(deck). Un exterminateur se presente le jour meme, il refuse de faire la job. Un deuxieme se presente 2 jours plus tard et me fait un estime a 550$ !!! J’ai appele une autre compagnie et le travail a ete fait pour 200$ (moins d’une heure de travail)…bref, comparez les prix avant de les engager.
Entreprise fortement recommandee! J’ai eu un service tout simplement wow. Premierement, leurs prix sont tres competitifs comparativement aux autres compagnies. Deuxiemement, l’exterminateur qui est venu faire l’intervention, Eric, nous a tres bien explique les tenants et aboutissants de ce qu’il se passait, il etait tres competent et ca nous a beaucoup rassure.

So the technician came to verify possible mouse problem 2months ago we found signs of presence and since his visite we haven’t had any other issues. Very nice , explained everything in detail, and very thorough with his inspection. I waited a couple of months before reviewing just to make sure they were gone for good. My name is Chris and I have a carpenter ant problem for the last 3 years.

After having called and hired two local companies to solve my problem. One only wanted to get paid by cash only. I had to fight with him to get a receipt and the other came with an attitude both of which did not solve my issue. They simply sprayed the inside of the house which killed the ants locally but did absolutely nothing for the real problem. (The nest)
When I called Orkin, they were knowledgeable, polite and they spent a good half hour, just explaining to me how carpenter ants worked and survived as well as how to permanently solve the problem. They were up front and explained to, why so few people can actually get rid of the problem in a single year. It is simply due to the life cycle of the carpenter ants however getting my house to the point where there aren’t anymore is almost a given after the second year. I was able to plan accordingly. We will see after the first year and cross our fingers but at least I understand we are probably in for another year, in order to get rid of them completely. That’s fine with me. I prefer they be honest now so there are no surprises when their work is done.
I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WHOLEHEARTEDLY.

Professional as always. I’ve dealt with Orkin before when I lived in another city and they did a great job, fully resolving our issue on the first try. Unlike other pest control companies that just send someone to administer a gamut of standard treatments that may or may not really be suitable, the technicians sent by Orkin (last time and this time) both first carefully assessed the property and made detailed recommendations for how to treat specific issue. The technician we saw today was able to make recommendations not just for treatment but also for what we can do to keep the problem from coming back — simple, inexpensive things like trimming trees and removing specific attractants. I am always impressed by how knowledgable and observant their staff are. It garners a lot of trust that they provide so much information about what they suggest and why.
I would highly recommend Orkin. They provided exceptional and professional service. As evidence by the prompt response to my initial email inquisition, the follow up phone call for clarification of my issue, also the technicians who came to my home and successfully removed two skunks safely and relocated them in a far, much more appropriate location. Truthfully, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with any company. Overall, their team was very efficient, knowledgeable and reliable. Called upon them for help in dealing with carpenter ants. They responded quickly, came to our house, took the time to investigate and place special traps to identifiy the source. They came back for the first treatment and a few weeks later for the second treatment.
A little more expensive than other services, but comes with a guarantee, excellent and rapide customer service, very professional and attentive technician.

Our technician Johnathan showed up this morning for an ant issue we were having. He was a real professional, customer service skills impeccable. He was very thorough , knowledgeable and friendly when he was explaining the service that he was going to provide.

Taf handled my first treatment today. Went quickly and well. The work was explained clearly and service was pleasant. I’m removing stars because the amount of work described by the sales agent versus the work done in the first visit did not match at all. What was explained to me was quite elaborate. The work done came down to cleaning some cobwebs, applying some spray along the side of the house, and applying some granules for ants. I also had to repeat specifics about the job that I had already explained to the sales agent, which I was hoping would have been passed along to the technician.
I’m hoping that changes with subsequent visits.
So far I’ve only had one of four services, but we’ve had some great human contact so far. Julian who came to our door to provide us info was delightful, and following him was Dakota who was pleasant, respectful and totally knowledgeable about what he was doing. He gave me answers to all the questions I had prior to servicing my home. I can’t wait for the results.
