Spacious on the inside, with a modern car park.
The market layout of where to find what goods seems unintuitive, and the assortment lacks some very common items and brands. (I shan’t name those for reasons of inadvertent advertisement.)
Either they streamlined their portfolio or they are in a controversy with some manufacturers.
The fruit and vegetables departement is excellent, though.
The market is very clean.
As an American who is familiar with Aldi and Trader Joes back at home, i was impressed by the quality and selection found at Kaufnan for about the same price.
Kaufland brand is always good, very big parking. The main problem is there is no proper managing in social distancing. I feel so unsafe to visit kaufland.

Absolutely the worst service I remember! I needed to locate a tool, and after guessing who’s working there(they don’t wear OBI shorts, or batch with name), they told me to wait . I left that place after waiting 30 minutes. The manager there does a very bad job,and the workers are unprofessional.
I recommend you to go somewhere else. OBI does normally a good job, but not on this place.
Most of the staff are friendly and professional. Satisfied with the variety and the quality of the products so far. Additionally, there is a corporate discount if you are working for some companies around. It’s sometimes hard to find staff for clarifications.

It’s typical Kaufland.
But you should know that this is a 2 – floors shop and 1st floor (with fresh meat products, conservation e.t.c.) is under the main area and it’s not easy to find an entrance there.
So if you can’t find meat products- it’s not this shop that is so different from others it’s you 🙂
Although it is the best supermarket in Heilbronn , I guess Kaufland should improve its offering and services. For instance, fruits and vegetables are not replenished during the afternoon, also some of their employees don’t have a positive attitude
A lot of choices, quality products, reasonable prices, and also good bi-weekly sales (Mon-Wed and Thu-Sat). Pricing a bit more than Lidl and Aldi but the above mentioned things make it stand out. My favourite place to shop!

Contaion many departments for foods and bakery and meat
There is also special place for wine and alcohol with different drinks
Cosmetic section is acceptable with affordable prices
Grocery and fruit are fresh with best prices
There is near by Apotheke and barbershop for men and women with place for parking just in front of the market
Very good super market with variety of products and very clean, can’t say about the hospitality though because it has been mixed but in general its recommended
Great supermarket, which, unfortunately, has no fresh fish counter. For that one needs to go to Neckarsulm or Stuttgarter Strasse.

Massive supermarket which was renovated in 2019. Has a wide selection of items with weekly discount offers. It also has a pharmacy (Apotheke), DHL postage services, key cutter/shoe repair, travel agent, traditional German cuisine diner, kebab doner place, shoe shop, bakery and apparel place, plus a takeaway hotdog seller.
There is no exact price as when u pay by cashier is not the same price as under the things. That is just the bad thing i have ever experienced. I will never buy again something in Kauland even 0,01EUR. I am very frustrated with this bad Price Quality and making people foolish
Going there since 2011…a lot of improvements in the last 10 years !
Very good quality / price ratio !
Especially the good bottles of wines & whiskey & champagne : cheaper than in most of the duty free : congratulations to the Management !

Plants…. Too many plants and cool stuff for the garden. The first hour discovering the shop was nice, the next hour I got bored and the last one I got so tired I almost fell asleep on my feet… never again am I going there with my mother and brother, I’ll just sleep in the car and let them enjoy
Otherwise it’s an awesome place and you can find plenty of stuff for almost anything.
Great place to shop for plants be it herbals, crotons, flowers, fragrance, etc.., aquarium related stuffs, garden accessories..
Play area for children till 10 years to spend time. Bambus Garden Restaurant offers inexpensive and good food. Nice bakery inside the campus. This is a place, where the family can spend several hours.
Very nice, I have found everything I needed to make my balcony green and beautiful.
Also, the kids were very excited about all the animals and all kinds of fish at the market.

I did an on line order to be picked up one week later. They had problems with it so I had to call a person there, who asked me that for the pick up date would be no problem at all and if there was a problem I would be called, no call I can come and pick it up. The date came, I rented a car, drove 40 min there and the order was not ready and there was no way to get the stuff. The guy I talked with was not available. Horrible service, waste of time and money.
Well sorted mall for DIY people. But the best way to visit that mall is by car., well the UBahn is nit far away, but i have never seen people with lots or large materials for construction in the U12.
Article was availble in the online shop. And the information was confirmed on the phone.
But at the store an employee told me that the article is out of stock for hours. -> I drove 90km for nothing.

I didn’t know that there is a second floor until the third time that I came. The first floor is full of beer, and the real essentials were down on the lower floor from which you have to climb back up to go to the registers. I think it is very badly arranged, but the prices are great, there’s parking and a great variety of options for food and other stuff.
The best part of this Kaufland is it is open till midnight everyday. It has a big parking area and almost all items are available here . This is accessible easily by road as it is very near to the autobahn and even by train as it is not that far from the station.
Big supermarket with a lot of choice and affordable price.
During my first ( and last) experience, i bought Gorgonzola cheese. … I spent the night in the the toilet and lost two working days…

Great place to get DIY hardware, plants and gardening accessories at more or less the best price. The personnel are helpful, just have to get hold of them. A nice app wich helps you plan your project and the budget.
Improving potential:
1. The receipt should somehow be directly uploaded to the app directly after your purchase. Current option is to manually upload it. Many products have 2-3 years guarantee and gardening products 10-20 years guarantee. It would be really amazing to have this feature.
2. Availability of personnel via ticket system or equivalent.

I wait 30 minute on info counter for help me to upploading one pallet in trolly …..in starting they told pls wait it takes 10 minute after 10 minute repeted pls wait and onword third time repeated pls wait one coulegue comming to you.
after 30 minute one fullisch lady came to me and said now is 20:00 o’clock go back to home & come back to monday. she said she is schef here. arround 35 yrs old. realy need to change this schef. ignorant & respectless behavier for customer.
