Great company! I had a problem with insects biting me whilst I sleep. I called them out and rather than take advantage of someone who was desperate to get rid of these bugs, they gave me honest advice stating that my current method of trying to get rid of them is the best method and I just need to give it some time. They gave me some traps to help identify exactly what it is that is biting me. I even asked them if they could just smoke my whole room but rather than simply accepting my offer and charging me, they advised that I would be wasting my money as what I was currently doing should be enough. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Plus, they are a family company so it’s good to support a local company.
Just had a visit from Mr Bumble from Bees Knees Pest Control.
I cannot fault the service absolutely excellent. I would recommend in a heartbeat!
– I called and within 20 mins Mr Bumble was on site and at work.
– Job was sorted within 30 mins no fuss.
– Job was well very reasonably priced. (e.g. PS40 all in whereas we were quoted PS300 from Rentokill).
– Gave freebie keychains, info pack on saving our dying Bumble Bees population and a invite to a drop in centre where they teach about bumbles.
– So refreshing to have a pest control expert who’s normal job is to kill talk about conservation and saving of insects.

We had a swarm of 20,000 bees decide to live in our cavity wall and we’re recommended Bees Knees by the local Bee Society.
James and his dad were both so friendly and came round to do an initial quote and work out a plan of action.
Bees Knees were so professional and did a really neat extraction job, leaving everything clean and tidy and more importantly – no bees!
They also went above and beyond by doing a couple of return visits to check the bees had definitely left and so I could not recommend them enough for their expertise, customer service, thoroughness! 10/10, thanks guys
