I had a serious problem with rats and mice moving into my house without paying rent! Called Smartsenz at 8am and spoke to a very helpful friendly lady called Suzette.
By 10am the same day Suzette and her team were knocking on my door. After a quick inspection the mouse boxes were set and rat problems were over in a few days.

Suzette addressed my issues I had about my dog eating rat poison and the thought of finding dead rats in my house. Happy to report everything was dealt with very professionally and my fur child and I thank you for getting the unwanted squatters out.

Smartsenz arrived to put rat traps in our garden at home. The traps allowed for the rat to die without harming our dogs if they got ahold of the rat. Very grateful for their work as they have sorted our rat issues fully!

Absolute brilliant service!

Brent came out to see me within a day to do measurements and quotes, was professional and transparent about products offered and what would suit my family best.

Charity provided constant communication and reassurance with regards to the progress of the gate and expected installation date and time. It was an absolute pleasure communicating with her.

Thanks to the team for their professionalism and timeous work during the installation. They arrived on time and and place was left clean, the gate is neat and colour fits perfectly!!

Good service received, great communication from Charity. Aubrey and his college did a great installation and very efficient. The gate was installed a little bit skew, if you look carefully. In future I would suggest they have a tile cutter with them for future installations as they had to move a small tile to install the gate. I asked them to put the tile back but a small piece was too big so I have a small tile missing where the gate was installed. But great service all around 🙂 very friendly people.

I am so impressed with our security gate, intruders could not get through it, they had to break open window bars to get into our outside cottage. I am going to be changing all our security gates now, just an incredible product. Thank you to Brent for the amazing service in coming out and ensuring we get sorted in no time at all.
