Wollte einen normalen Ein/Aus Unterputz Lichtschalter kaufen. Mann muss aus etlichen kleinen Kisten sich ca 5 passende Teile aussuchen um einen zusamgehorigen Schalter erhalten. Ich habe aufgegeben. Personal war nirgendwo zu sehen. Bei Hornbach das gleiche Problem. Man will ja die Laden unterstutzen aber so wird das nichts und man bestellt bei Amazon. 3 Kicks und ich bekomme in 2Tagen einen kompletten Schalter fur 7.90EUR nach Hause geliefert.
Mitarbeiter sehr nett, Warenangebot wenig. Z.B. muss man die meisten Tapeten aus einem Katalog kaufen und in den Katalogen steht kein Preis, so dass man jede Variante einzeln erfragen muss, sprich man kann z.B. nicht suchen nach Tapeten bis 30 EUR oder so.
This place is terrible no customer service whatsoever. Bought a gas tank last year, this year wanted to get another come with the empty tank they tell me they don’t sell it anymore and the security for the tank I do not get. Bauhause or Tom is better
