After discovering bed bugs we had tried home treatments to begin with.
After a few weeks of sleepless nights and over PS100 later we decided to call a professional after a recommendation from a colleague.
These guys were extremely quick with responses and booked us in immediately for the next day. They were extremely flexible especially with it being the Christmas period.
No question or request was too much.

From initial call to office to report issue with the wasp nest to visit following day the service was excellent and professional. Stuart in the office was extremely helpful and flexible to my times for a visit. The gentleman who visited the property was polite and respectful and actually indicated he thought we had killed the nest with our treatment the previous day… he could of done the work still and charged us! However, we still decided to treat the nest just to be on safe side! Cost reasonable for excellent customer service… thoroughly recommend.
What a top bloke! I phoned him left a voice mail and within 10 minutes I’ve received a phone call back.
My issue was with what looked like white tail bees entering an exterior wall that needed repointing. He corrected me that they weren’t and within a few weeks they would of made there own way at the end of July and will not be an issue.
It costs nothing to give advise and I would of paid through the nose to fix this.
What a genuine guy! With a quick response time.
If I have any other issues in future I’ll give Stuart a call.

Paul did an amazing job for me yesterday. I had two wasp nests in the walls of my house, one high up out the front and one by the back door. He dealt with them quickly and professionally and the results were fast! He put himself out too and came at 8pm last night, instead of this morning because we were so concerned about the activity of the wasps!! I highly recommend him and will not hesitate to contact him again for any future pest control issues.
We had a sizeable wasps nest that we discovered the day before Paul’s arrival. We were horrified .. Paul contacted us prior to his arrival and when he arrived he was friendly, professional, polite and reassuring . I would highly recommend this service and feel assured that the problem had been resolved . We hope that we do not require pest control again however if we did this would be our first go to service . I can’t recommend this company enough. We had found a wasp nest in the morning and just after midday the nest had been delt with. Paul was professional, talked me through what he would be doing and sorted everything out for us. If we have any wasps nest in the future or any other pest problems we will definitely call this company again. Very highly recommend.

WF pest control was an excellent service that provided quick and effective help to remove the mouse infestation at my address. Ross was polite, knowledgeable and able to discuss the main issues, how they manage to eradicate the problem safely, treatments and trial period and preventative measures for the future. This was all done in a timely fashion for a very reasonable fee. I would definitely recommend the service to others.
Called Ross with a noise coming from my loft. Great service turned up on time and new exactly what the noise was and not even 12 hours later wasps are gone fantastic service hopefully we will have him back to sort out our cluster flies when the cold weather comes. I contacted several pest control services companies last week, as I realized something was eating the wooden walls in one of my buildings, leaving tons of wood dust behind. Ian was the only exterminator to get back to me, within 24h no less. He kindly accepted to come have a look, and instantly diagnosed the issue: brown ants. He recommended a product to use and advised me as to where to install it. I am very pleased to say that within 72h, the ants have taken the bait, completely polished the insecticide and that the amount of wood dust is now only a fraction of what it was earlier this week. I will keep at it as the infestation still remains for now, but this is tremendous progress and if the trend continues, the battle could well be won within days…! I highly recommend Ian, and I will not hesitate calling him back for his services (even though I hope I will never need them in the future!). Thank you Ian, you are a champion!
The service Avon Pest Control provided was excellent! Ian identified the problem immediately and resolved it very quickly for us. Very professional, informative and friendly and good value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends!

Ian has chosen not to reply to that review, but he told me his side of the story, which having heard, I would say; don’t let that review cast any shadow in your mind about Avon Pest Control, they are an honest, trustworthy, decent company.
I recently called Avon Pest Control because I suspected a rodent was scurrying around the loft.
Contacted Ian in the morning, he came the same day in the afternoon.
Very professional and knowledgeable, it took the time to assess the situation, confirmed what I thought and gave some very useful advice on how to solve the issue.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would use APC services again, should I need to.

A fast reliable service was given from Paul and his team when I first contacted him on Sunday. Paul was at my property the following day and promptly exterminated the wasp issue that we had with no issues or hassle. I also give 5 stars to the fact that I didn’t even need to be at home merely a brief Watts app video of where the problem is, paid remotely via bank transfer and when I got home from work in the evening everything was conducted as per telephone call. Sorry I wasn’t there to meet you Paul but a 100% top service given and would definitely recommend to anyone needing his services. Simon Cutler
Helpful and honest service. Spoke to Paul on the phone initially regarding a potential rat problem, gave me some quick advice and arranged for an inspection. Damion came to carry out the inspection the next working day and quickly recognised what the smell was, advised me what to do next and how to prevent further issues. There was no further costs involved but was advised on the next steps if the rats came back. Overall was really impressed with the service and if the issue returns then I’ll be happy to use their services again.
Wasp nest in the roof/soffit area.
Called Paul early morning and arrived mid morning. Dealt with the hordes of wasps and immediately reduced the wasp activity. Paul is very knowledgeable and said give it 48hrs. If there are still a few about after the 48hrs, call me and I’ll fumigate again.
There were are few still about 48hrs later… I called Paul, he came out 3hours later NO CHARGE! all part of his service!!
And all the wasps gone now!!

I called Daniel on Thursday about a nest in under the soffit at the top corner of my house. He arranged to visit today. Daniel keeps you informed about time of arrival, and was here promptly as arranged. Daniel explained about the problem, he treated the nest and also checked my loft He reassured me that if after a couple of days I was still experiencing any problems at all he would be back to use another treatment as part of the service. What a great service, Daniel is informative, courteous, friendly and very professional, five stars and highly recommended.

Locky was very professional and efficient when assessing our loft space. Timing of appointment was perfect and locky was very thorough. The service was excellent and the report was also very thorough and clear. We had no issues within our loft and it was nice to find a firm that would actually complete an inspection without the need of evidence up front. We used PGH Beegone for bee removal and “rehoming” not extermination. Locky Deeming from their Midlands office did the original survey and the removal. The bees had been in our garage roof for six years so the colony was quite large. Locky did the job professionally and competently and cared enough about the result to call us afterwards to see if we were satisfied. We would recommend this company.
Locky carried out a thorough survey of our house and was extremely knowledgeable in this field. With busy lives, the unwanted visitors in and around our home were causing us stress and we were delighted to hear that PGH Beeaway could sort everything out for us. So grateful. Love this business. I found a wasps nest in my loft this morning so had a quick google search and found Flashback Pest Control. I gave them a ring and Tex was round within an hour to poison the nest. I was really impressed with his response time and how I was told what was going on. Definitely value for money , I would def use them again for any further issues.
Great service! Tex came out immediately, on a Sunday afternoon, to deal with two hornet nests in our shed. Definitely recommended!

I had a wasp problem and contacted these guys as they were literally on my door step which was a good start.
Two lovely blokes arrived later that day and were a pleasure.
Within an hour of their magic, i saw a huge reduction in wasps flying around the outside of my roof.
48 hours later and my autumn decorations are no longer being held hostage in the loft by a mafia of wasps.
Would 100% use these again. Cant fault them. Great price, great service, happy customer.
I rang STP Pest Control in panic noticing which i believed to be around 10 wasps hovering outside my bathroom window and entering in via the extractor fan. Brendon was extremely polite and professional and gave perfect advice and guidance. Even though there was no need at this point to be called out (he was honest about this) he didn’t rush me off the phone. He answered all my questions. Highly recommended.

Obtained this company via Checkatrade to remove pigeons from house gutter and put in pigeon spikes. Visits are arranged via the call centre who are very courteous. Site visit to assess cost PS20 which is deducted if you go ahead. This was visit was arranged very quickly and he spent time discussing the problem. We arranged for the work to be done soon after. Unfortunately on the installation day it was impossible to clean out the muck from the gutter so they stopped work and recommended full replacement gutter. We sorted that separately and we were able to schedule a visit for the spike installation within 3 days. Sebastian and Yilver had the job done very quickly and showed me photos of the installation. There is 12 month guarantee. They require a deposit of PS60 to book the installation visit and balance on completion. They did not charge any additional call out fee for coming twice. Payment is made electronically and all invoiced. The set up is quite slick. Overall satisfactory experience.
Exceptional service from the team – I did have some miscommunication with the admin team but apart from this I am so happy with the service and will 100% recommend to anyone.
Juan Jose has been exceptional from the first initial consultation up until the final visit – very friendly, very kind, great communication and eager to give great advice. Juan was very open to questions and constantly asked if I have any questions and answered all the questions I did have. Juan was very informative and gave good advice.
Esteban was also great who attended for the 1st visit – again very helpful. Overall very happy with the service.
