This person appeared at my home unexpectedly saying he had noticed a lot wasps around my front gate area. He said it was due to a nest in the roof of the house ? No visible sign of one was to be seen. Even though I wasn’t totally convinced he said this was the cause of the issue around my gate. I agreed for him to treat them which he said he had done? He was gone within 5 minutes saying by the next day the wasps would be gone from around the gate.
A week later there are more there than ever, no change whatsoever.
After calling him and messaging him I found him most unhelpful, now saying there must be a next somewhere else !!! And it would be a further PS45 cost if I found one which I haven’t!
I asked to be refunded and he refused!
I feel totally disappointed at this and the fact I’m PS45 out of pocket for an issue not resolved as promised.
Very unprofessional at least just arriving unannounced at someone’s home !!!
